I’ve been running this computer for almost a year. I’ve been EXTREMELY happy but have started having issues with keys getting debris stuck under them that canned air won’t solve. Popped a key cap and cleaned with rubbing alcohol, all good, but an on going issue.

would have made this device absolutely perfect
I prefer to have space with the letters for the keyboard. Is there anything that I can do for that?

It isn't quite as nice as a laptop for sitting and typing, however being able to fold the keyboard behind it while you are sitting down is a very nice feature.
Is this laptop-tablet powerful enough for a video editing programme and photo editing programme? I am looking for a small powerful laptop strong enough for video and photo editing programme. I woudl like to have something running with windows. I dont't want an apple laptop. Or would you rather advise a gaming laptop?
Hi there, it will run the software but a more powerful PC would give you a smoother experience especially depending on the type of videos you are making. I edit videos on a Surface Laptop 5 which is similar in specs and its is enough for me.
A gaming PC or Surface Laptop Studio might be better if you are editing incredibly high quality film or running heaps of animations.

Yeah, it really depends on what is available in your country to whether the pen is included or not.
It is my second XPS in 1 month. Dell can not solve the bluetooth problem on both and touchpad do not work in the second one. Dell don't want to refund the non-working computers. Do not buy this XPS....
Can you explain why they can’t give you a return. They don’t give you like the 2 week return policy?
@@ymeyoussef1583 I bought the first XPS end of August. Dell tried to fix it online for days. Then they decided to send me another computer 2 in 1. The second one had more issues. They tried to fix it online for days. They asked me to send it to their repair shop. After days they concluded it was beyong repair. I ask many time to be reimbursed. They don't want to reimburse my computer. They will send me another XPS that I should received in mid-December. So as you see, since August I paid for a computer XPS 2 in 1 that I can use adequatly.... I am not trashing Dell here at all. I ask them many time as well to send me a standard laptop XPS 13 instead. They refused. Honest advise, do not buy the XPS 2 in 1 for now.
