Bill was the heart and soul and meat of that shop. That little production had no heart or soul or meat, except cleaveage, which is not what I head over to Powerstrokehelp for. BTW, I called your shop in January '24 and left several messages for a return call back, and even texted to the number the voicemail said. No response to any. I doubt Bill is impressed... I'm getting my '05 6.0 powerstroke work done elsewhere now, but still following Bill's Dealerproof context from all his videos. I'm saddened that I never met Bill. I was really looking forward to meeting him and have Mikey and crew do the work to my truck. RIP Bill
