      nailwitch87 no offense to anyone else on your channel but I just saw this talked about on Bill Maher. People commenting on others videos about why didn't you make a video like blah blah blah, or if I had made the movie I'd have blah blah blah. You know what? This is a public space. Make your own video, SMH. People are so rude and just not nice now a days. Exactly why I couldn't ever do this, the first time someone said something to me like that, block. I'd have no subscribers lol. You're very nice! And talented. There is a water marble video on UA-cam that the girl is so nice and giving tips about water marbling. All these comments about her needing to quit smoking.She wasn't. Maybe she had a cold. So judgemental and as soon as one person jumps on so does all the followers. Such a shame. Thanks for your time in making this video!

    Your dotting tool is digging into the water marble which is why you're getting drag holes. You should use a fine pointed end tool, toothpicks are perfect if you don't have a metal one 😊 Nice design though xx

    How the hay do you get your colors to spread like that?! I can't seem to get more than 5 rings... My nail polish always stops spreading before I can get more than that.. Then it won't pull smoothly. I am using distilled water and have it at room temp like so many suggest! Any ideas as to how I am messing up?

    • @roseonthemove
      @roseonthemove  7 років тому +2

      mrsjokerstout i'd probably say it's the polish you're using! Also if you have the polish that drops into the water and doesn't spread out to the edges of the cup, dip your finger or a stick into the water and spread out the polish! You need to use fresh brand-new, thin polishes! Wet and wild works awesome sinful colors works great too but be careful of the glitter-ish polish! Some of those won't spread right! If the drop of polish doesn't hit the water and instantly spread then move onto a different color or brand!! I have a video on my channel about how to pick out water marble polishes!

    • @roseonthemove
      @roseonthemove  6 років тому +1

      Sara Bell. Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately some nail polish is well not water marble. Sally Hansen is one of my favorites, just test your polishes. Drop a little on your cup of water and if it spreads out it’ll probably marble. We’re quickly though!

    How do you get the water marbling off your stamper I'm having trouble

    • @roseonthemove
      @roseonthemove  Рік тому +1

      If you’re using it right away, make sure the polish you are stamping it on is tacky. Not wet, but nice and sticky! If you’re not putting it on a basecoat or colored polish definitely add that! If you’re wanting to use it as a sticker, make sure you cover it and a couple layers of clearcoat before removing it from the Stamper! I hope that helps! ( I will also add if you are picking it up off the water you have to stamp it immediately! It will dry super super fast, especially because it’s been sitting on the top of the water exposed to air)

    • @roseonthemove
      @roseonthemove  6 років тому

      room temperature is best but if it’s too cold then the water needs to be a little warmer and vice versa!

      but whenever i try this, the drop of nail paint either sink down or remains on the surface like thatonly... it doesn't spread like yours :(

    • @roseonthemove
      @roseonthemove  6 років тому +1

      poorvi Chauhan My advice to you is try different nail polish! Some nail polish is just won’t work with water marble. Work faster as well! Slow tripping can make for a nasty marble. Make sure to hold the nail polish brush close to the surface of the water when you put the drop on!
