This was very helpful! Like others have mentioned, I've avoided decals because I find them difficult to clean up and make look nice on the nail. But with this method I think it would be much easier since the polish wouldn't be so thick.

Yes, this is much easier, quicker and thinner on the nail.

I am brand new at nail art, so always appreciative of channels that have great ideas! Just wondering if you could show the actual application some time, for us newbies? 🙏🏻☺️💅🏻

I have other videos that show the application portion. That part is always the same and a bit tedious so I skip showing it a lot lol.

Thanks for showing this technique. I have not tried the drip art simply because it looked like it would take forever to dry and i am not good at placing diy decals on my non dominant hand. But i will give this a try after Christmas. I look so forward to your tutorials. Thank you Kyong. And wishing you and your family Happy Holidays

Oh Boy! another great way to get a great design! Kyong, Thank You for all your tips an tricks too!
I am still trying to get that fluid art look, with silicone an even the polish set you had, an i even bought!
I am good at all this nail stuff, BUT not fluid art😢, Not like you do!
    YOUR SO TALENTED!!!
ps..I will get it right, an then run out of polish, just my luck😂🤣

If you don't like the look you get at first, try folding the mat again in a different direction. Or add a few more drops of polish and fold again. That's what I do when it doesn't come out right. Most of the times that works although too much manipulation blends the colors too much.

TFS What do you do with the rest of the polish? Just throw it out? Can you add more and make more by using more stampers or will it just become a messy glob without any of the awesomeness? You always inspire me and I love that it’s not too complicated! Thank you

I usually just let dry and throw them out. You could probably do one more right on top but after that it might be too dry. They do make some cool patterns at times so you could certainly keep them in a binder page and apply them as decals if you likr.
