      Isn't lamb a bit expensive? I expected pork and chicken. Even beef is expensive now depending on where you live in the world.

      I agree with you 100 percent. I like that he also shares his techniques in a way that's easy to understand. Also on these types of shows he features recipes pretty much anyone can follow.

    I have lost friends and relatives to the Pandemic and the only thing I have been doing to distract and console myself is watching Gordon Ramsey's Videos. Hopefully when I See better days I will make all his dishes. My best wishes with him and his family.... Lots of love from India 🇮🇳

    Just the way Gordon handles the ingredients and his body language are fantastic. It makes me feel inspired. I love his show uncharted as well. He is truly the best. He has a big heart

      Gordon Ramsay has 4 restaurants in Las Vegas. I was at Vegas last month. I ate at Gordon Ramsay's "Burger" and "Hells Kitchen" The food was outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Totally doing this with chorizo. I’ve got some in the fridge that I was just going to mix with scrambled eggs and throw in a tortilla for breakfast but this seems like a much better idea lol

      Add salt and pepper.
      Get that pot nice and hot.
      Water, in.
      Keep an eye on that water as it begins to simmer, then boil.

      Short ribs are expensive where I am too. I was really disappointed when I could find them at Costco, but they were more expensive than I expected.

      @@stilettosnthaghetto6997 I go to Asian and Latin markets all the time. Bone in short ribs are extremely expensive. Even at restaurants so I dunno why gordon always says they are cheap. A long time ago (early 2000s) they were cheaper until Americans realized they are delicious.

      @@Burger_pants a jar of capers is 1-2 dollars and (I assume for the same reason they taste like shit) don't really go bad, and one jar lasts forever
      I just checked online on one of the three big national chains here and you could get bone-in, sliced chonky pieces of lamb for like 4-6€/kg, far cheaper than any "regular" cut of beef, pork or chicken I see.
      What's your deal man
