    Ohhh Amanda what a shame, as you said it just wasn’t your day, you can soooo easily run a sub2 I bet right now …… so what half you got next then, coz I know it won’t be too belong until you do another one !! I’m really glad I stumbled across your channel Amanda, Iv got to say your a complete natural in front of the camera, I’m really looking forward to following all your journeys - no pressure ;) Clair x :)

      Was so gutted but defo proud of what I achieved and all the training. So I’m thinking not until Dec/Jan cuz I really wana focus on my shorter distance speed, and my strength training. Will be good to see the difference after another year of running 😁 thanks so much for watching, fab to have you along for the next run challenges 🤩 have you got any races or challenges coming up? X

      I’m sure Amanda, I know the feeling only too well, Iv trained my arse off only for it to completely fill apart for no reason I can put my finger on, it happened to me when I done Brighton Marathon the 2 time, I trained much harder than I had when I done it previously which was 2 years earlier and I was 20 odd minutes slower, i didn’t do anything wrong really, it went pretty well but I just wasn’t ‘feeling it’ ….. I was absolutely gutted, so Iv got Rutland Half next Sunday, I’m not racing it tho, I’m gonna try n pace my friend to a PB so hopefully looking at around 1.58….. it’s trails tho and the weathers gonna be crap next week so it’s gonna be really muddy so not sure the conditions will be on our side - we’ll see we’ll have fun regardless 😃 x

    Great running. Shame you missed it. Ive recently just made a similiar video. Im aiming to beat my 10k time this sunday from 10 years ago 😮 Happy running.

    Iv just had to stop this video at the point you said you got the shits 😂😂, so far you’ve been caught having a bush wee, you said thank f@@k for that when u finished along run, you nearly shit yourself when ur foot started hurting and now you’ve quite literally shit yourself 😂😂 well, you’ve got urself a new subscriber based on all that 😂😂 right I’m now going to watch the rest of the video to see how well you done, I reckon based on ur current 5k time you could hit around ……. Oooo dare I say it 1.55.30 ……. Eeeek bet ya cracked that 1.50 ….. back in the shake of a shitty stick …….
