Here's where to find all of the HIDDEN SECRET PERKS in Wasteland 3 and their effects. Each of these perks grant permanent benefits to your ranger squad and some of them require Tarjan Coins/Tokens! In my play-through I managed to get the Ranger Survivor perk back at Ranger HQ after arresting Vic rather than having killed him.
I believe it's' tied to saving all Rangers in that location.
I just finished the game found the provost on accident. After many missions with him always missing anything but clutch shots I found the cave on accident, saw the dudes standing around and immediately said "We found his people."
A playthrough of this game would be amazing, bro.
Definitely don't want to take anything from our hero Caedo but you might want to check out @Oxhorn 's playthrough: he's really entertaining and informative. At least you can watch that one before Caedo gets one up, if he does!
Retcon does a good one too. Not to take away from Caedo.

My Provost was bugged... never talked...he just hung out and shot at stuff … but unfortunately got killed during my nearly two hour Gippers massacre.

Oh, I got the fortune cookie perk not knowing what it did. It went to my leader/medic. Ratger have given it to my melee tank but meh. I'll make sure to savescum next time. 10% evasion sounds real good!

Ohh so that's what the Provost does, got an achivment for finding him on Xbox, but then 10 minutes later he got killed by a carousel xD

use campsites on the travel map to pass time
lockpicking gives exp so i prefer picking =)
I didn't kill vic and got the ranger perk
How is Wasteland 3?? Like Fallout 1? I know its like fallout in general (how could it not be), but is it best to like try Wasteland 2 or 1 to understand 3?
If you're new to the genre, start with 3. It'll fill you in with the story stuff as you go!

WL2 feels like classic FO with your vault dweller being split into 2 or more role instead of godhood dweller
WL3 is a remixed WL2 with completely different gameplay strategy & streamlined story
I recommend you play WL2:DC before WL3, these 2 are completely different game, WL2 have a fixed ending with an alternative ends for the sidequest, WL3 have a multiple ending & alternative end for other sidequest
Tldr, you are fighting same final boss in WL2 regardless how you play the game, WL3 have 2 or 3 final boss, albeit they are easier to WL2 if you do it right
Difficulty wise
WL2 is easy cheesy on hardest difficulty
WL3 is annoying & random on hardest difficulty, and there is bugged wall mechanic, where your enemy shoul have their sight blocked, but they are not, due to wonky physic or unfinished stuff
