    What are your thoughts? Are you in a season of stillness or laziness?

    giiiiirl you are speaking my same life the past 2 years... i'm not excited about working, and i get that little optimism for an hour then it's gone. i also rot in my bed 😂 i love my bed, def spend too much time there.... I have an appointment next week to see doctor cause I'm guessing I have some undiagnosed ADHD contributing to my laziness and difficulty to follow through with tasks

      I pray you find some answers! At first it's relaxing and fun but after a while it's like "ok, I know I should be doing something but I don't want to" lol

      This is exactly what I've been going through. I wfh and don't even want to roll out of the bed. I know my SAAD has made it worse. I rarely leave the house just to get groceries. Bed rot is really bad when my son is not with me. Thank you! For this video and posts. Makes me feel like I'm not alone.

      @@nd4666 PLEASE find a small thing to do outside of your home. I personally know that working from home has had a negative impact on my mental. I’ve found that picking up coffee and drinking to a nearby park has helped me tremendously!❤️

    I hear the disobedient statement. I just have a different perspective.
    Sometimes you're not being lazy. You're just being still. On this life journey sometimes it can seem like you're doing nothing (comparison) when looking at others, your past self, or what you aspire to be but God is doing all the moving. Moving things in to place that you have no clue about. And God at those times He may just need to be still. Be silent. Giving you time to focus on strengthening yourself and trusting Him on what is to come.
    Referring to example you have about being able to help out that family member. If all this time you had of been going going going you may not have had the time nor the energy to do what you were able to do.

    • @DyanaMariie
      @DyanaMariie  8 місяців тому +3

      I love this perspective also and definitely agree. Sometimes you just need to stand STILL

    Yes❣❣❣❣We are connecting to purpose. That was the beginning. The earth has changed energy and you felt it. That was a cleansing and this is your new energy your new light❤your soul transcended and that new energy just ignited a spark which is spiritual motivation.

    When I tell you have been sitting in this!! I had my last child about 3.5 months ago. I took off for 12 weeks only to find out I had been laid off.... All this time off has shown me how much i truly struggle with this.... It's sad that we have to adapt so much... My focus right now is decluttering my home so i have a clearer mind and space. I thank God for his peace. Bless you girl.

    I started antidepressants and anti anxiety meds and therapy in February 2023… in doing much better now and weaning off the meds. It’s ok to not feel ok sometimes and it’s ok to get help. As long as we make the effort to progress and not rely on medication forever as a crutch. It helps us have the strength to “be obedient”.
    But I say all this to say, I feel you girl! 100%
    This year was rough!
    We both have in common the joy of always having a goal. And sometimes not knowing what the next one is. After debt I would say the goal is to figure out how to retire as soon as possible. Live an easy life and travel as much as possible!
    Also the “depression” could be your body finally succumbing to the adrenaline rush and “trauma” of being on survival mode for soooo long! Years of trying to pull yourself out of a hole is exhausting! And when you’re done, your body and mind are going to want to rest. I think it’s normal considering how long it took you. You rested, you stopped, you recouped and now you’re ready to find your new passion.

    • @DyanaMariie
      @DyanaMariie  8 місяців тому +3

      I weaned myself off mine about a year ago when I felt I confident enough to be without them. I'm so happy to hear you're doing much better! You definitely have to have a period of stillness to regroup and gain the strength to pick up those goals again

    Oh man this was GOOD! I totally am and I notice that the disobedience in the little things really leads to anxiety and an overwhelming feeling of guilt for me. I only became a Christian a few years ago and at times I can be tempted to think “okay, my life is WAY more obedient than the old Me” but the truth is that the tiny things and daily habits matter. Thank you for being so vulnerable! I’ve been struggling with Laziness and this was such a word of conviction and encouragement!

    You gotta walk in your purpose and confidence in God. I don’t always know my purpose but I know every step I take God walks with me. Walk in confidence that no matter what you’re not alone because God walks with you. I feel you it’s hard as heck to lift your head but sometimes that’s what you need. You got this keep going
