Thank you so much. My son has the same thinking. He broke down the weeks in which we have left, according to statistics..whereby you can add your time left if life expectancy is 77- how old are you, equals your valuable time.. so value your time, make it count, you wont get it back.. consider your source are they worth your attention? Or is it dramatic, serving no one? Or does it serve you? How will you set a boundary on your valuable time on x..u ..z. it's fun.. because you get excited from the fulfilment from the differentiation " of being busy" vs. " being productive" ..imagine..

I am quite depressed and stressed due to coronavirus. I am not able to finish my study and got stuck. I am also not getting work due to lockdown in Germany. I feel so useless. I am 30 years old mom who left their kids in India and came into Germany with dreams. But now it seems like i am a loser. My sacrifice to leave my kids would be useless and i would end up wih failure. I was very ambitious and stepped into Foreign country while everyone was against me. I chose my kids' future over those people. I could not find great future for my kids in India so i left that country but due to financial issues my kids could not come along. It has been 4 years now that i have not seen them and struggling hard. Initially, i thought i am brave enough but now i think that i can not do anything. Everything is so fucked up. I had love marriage. My husband had affairs with many women. I kept listening many criticism about me from my parents . They did not support me. I am only 30. I have motivated myself by watching your video but now it is the end of everything for me.. i will not be role model for my kids. They will think only their mom was selfish who did not even bring them up.. i am broken. I am done with everything and want to die..
