I would suggest keeping a journal and writing down any red flags and any sparks of your intuition speaking and warning you about a person, writing instead of thinking of it will help organize your thoughts..see if you notice any patterns of the people who have taken advantage of you and practice sharpening your intuition..I am learning to sharpen my intuition by asking my intuition simple questions and deciphering between the loud voice and the quiet voice in my head..the quieter voice is your intuition and is usually right..I really hope this helps and as I mentioned I'm learning to sharpen my intuition as well so you are not alone my friend and we both shall succeed! I definitely procrastinate because I don't have the skills..I kno how to edit videos on movie maker but it's so frustrating when it crashes so I downloaded adobe premiere..so the problem I have now is teaching myself to use Adobe premiere is kinda overwhelming because it's a little harder to learn and I don't have much time to learn it and discourages me from learning it..plus when I do sit down and try to learn it I learn a little bit but by the time I try again I forgot what I learned and end up learning the same thing over and over again

I don't understand this obsession with "being productive". Is this regarding at work, or off work time? The way I see it, as long as you get done what NEEDS to get done, that day, the rest of the time is gravy. I don't understand why "wasting time" is considered a problem.
personally I think it’s about procrastinating when you haven’t done those things that NEED to be done... so how to be productive and get those needs done .. otherwise I agree , you’re not “wasting time” if you’re CHOOSING not to do anything after you’re done for the day

Thanks Jay it's so true most of us are drained taking small decisions in the morning, by the time we are in the middle of the day we are drained and not able to take bigger decisions at work.. Meditation will help to rejuvenate and come out of this.
