I'm currently reading this book and I am not usually a reader, I haven't picked up a book since high school, but I have not been able to put this down. Jay teaches you a completely different perspective of life, and he really explains how to understand the route of all your issues and struggles, whether thats with self-confidence, discipline or just general negative outlooks. I have a completely different view of life and other people, I have noticed I've been naturally pulling myself away from negative situations as simple as gossiping does not appeal to me anymore, but yet I'm not carrying judgement over those individuals that project it. I am so thankful for Jay and his journey and most thankful he gave up the monk life to educate others.

Its delves into the science behind Habits and behaviours and gives you a step by step practical methods to effect change.

Jay Shetty, I like the clever analogy of Monk & Monkey. Your Indian parents/roots that have taught you to recognize discipline as VITAL to learning & achieving. Students in the east are taught to achieve THROUGH discipline, "You can't get to it if you're not disciplined", is the message they're given. That message, is considered "negative" & discouraging, in the west, where students are taught / encouraged to believe that they CAN achieve - The "Get to it, it's your right to have it, & You CAN" - (Think you can, fake it till you make it, be a winner!), is the attitude. UNfortunately that western attitude is soon starting to sweep the east, & has begun in the Expensive schools for Privileged (mollycoddled) kids. These schools are aping the west, to compete & keep up with progress - NOT realizing that Master-minds came from the east, migrate to the west where competition is a synch & making more money is a given. Master Minds will continue to develop only through the "Discipline" attitude - East or West, Discipline is Best!?

      Beloved, I don't know you
      in person but God knows
you. God minister to me a
      revelation when I was on
      your profile to see things
      around you,I saw
      blessings but spiritual
      attacks holding on to
      them,in prayers,i saw a
      woman in the realm of
      the spirit monitoring and
      plotting delay be in your
      life, with an evil mirror,
      and a motive to destroy.
But as I speak to you now
      her time is up, Render
      hand of favour with
      Anything you can afford
      to these motherless
      foundation (Gabriel
      MOTHERLESS
      FOUNDATION) in kebbi
      state nigeria before
      2DAYS with faith, as I
      Rise my hands towards
      heaven and pray for you
      they shall serve as point
      of contact where ever you
      are, you will receive
      double portion of grace to
      excel and total
      restoration of
      breakthrough in your life
and in the life of your
      family. Deliver them to the
      MD in charge of the
      orphanage to get their
      details on (WhatsApp or
      call them now on
      +2348073866333) tell him I
sent you. For it is not by
might nor by in power but
of the spirit saith the lord
      (zechariah 4:6). You shall
testify to the Glory of God
in your life. God bless you......

I made a commitment to improve my health. I eliminated all "treats" from my pantry and over time have developed the self-discipline I needed to eat a healthy diet. I've found that I no longer crave the sweet and high carb snacks like I did in the past. It wasn't easy initially, but has become easier over time.

Each individual is different. Some tend to be disciplined well trained on and on but but some choose to live according to what their heart tell them and follow their natural biological pattern rhythm. One size doesn't fits all. Accept that! ☮️ Peace

I don't know whether those 5rs will help me keeping off from junks but the way you talk explicitly will certainly make the change.

    Crystal clear. Simple and do-able.
5 senses trigger! The minute we realise that the senses are give us a signal, stop! Stop thinking and flowing with the senses trigger. Instead think about the 4 R's.
