red chilly powder -- 50 gm two serving spoon
turmeric powder-- 50 gm two serving spoon
one cup sirka / vinegar
sodium benzoate -- 1/4 tsp

Good recipe thanks for sharing your recipe. Aap ko metal ka daaba nhi use krna chiye not good for khtayee. You should have glass or mitti ka mrtbaan for any aachar.

Your achar is so nice and tasty please help me which brand salt and mustardoil you have used please tell me because my pickle has spoild i dont know the cause i used kanodia mustard oil and tata salt lite and followed your same method please reply soon
mustard oil ko saada ke dhoaa point pur lake normal temp. kurle ase oil dalna tha & kya apne preserve ke liye sodium benzoate ya vineager add kiya tha ?? & oil humesha achaar ke upur tak bhara hua hona chahiye agar asa ni h to khurab hote h, kya dhoop bhi lugvayi thi ??
