Ingredients List:_
20 Gms. Haldi Powder (1 T.sp)
100 Gms. Salt (5 Tb spn.)
½ T.sp Heeng
30 Gms. Saunf/Fennel
30 Gms. Rai/Mustard Seeds Powder
15 Gms. Red Chilli Powder
15 Methi Dana/Fenugreek seeds Pwd.
1 T.sp Kalonji
1 Cup Oil
Add rest of the haldi and salt...

आपने पानी नहीं फेंक तो।क्या खराब नहीं होगा?
तेल गरम करके ठंडा करके डालें क्या?
tel thada daalein...aur dhoop dikhakar achaar banae..barsaat ke season ka achar jaldi nahi tikta..

नहीं नहीं अगर आप गरम तेल ठंडा करके अचार में डालेंगे तो वह अचार बिल्कुल नरम और गल जाएगा तो मेरा मानना यह है की तेल कच्चा ही डालें

अचार तो बहुत अच्छा बनाया है आपने लेकिन हमारे यहां कभी राई नहीं डाली जाती क्या इसमें राई डालना जरूरी होता है कच्चे अचार में
rai bina achaar kaisa banega..rai daalna jaroori hai..neebu ka achar chodkar rai sabhi mein padti hai
