This is probably THE crochet video I have ever seen….no music, clear instructions and going at a pace I can keep up with……I am a visual learner..My Mom was very good at crocheting, she passed away a year & a half ago. Anytime I couldn’t figure something out, she would help me….so am so glad I came across your video…
Yes, her videos are THE BEST! I've made several of her patterns. So sorry for your loss! My mom passed away 2 years ago & I miss her so much! She taught me to crochet after I retired from teaching. She was very talented in many ways. I like using her crochet hooks now.
Tiffany and everyone at Daisy Farm Crafts, imho, are the absolute BEST when it comes to 1. Video tutorials and 2. Generosity. If you visit their website they provide a FREE pdf of their patterns. I can't tell you how much money I've spent on TERRIBLE patterns on Ravelry and Etsy both. In fact I just spent $5 on a pattern from a seller I've purchased from before, but the pattern makes ZERO sense. A lot of reviews mentioned having trouble starting the (C2C) project so they made a "getting started" video. I go to the video and she's going super fast, hands are totally in the way and it still makes ZERO sense. So I came went back to DFC channel and I've decided to make this one or the Wildflower baby blanket.
I am going to be a Nonna for the first time , this blanket is going to be perfect for my baby girl 💗 I am a beginner, crocheter and thank God for this video. I never would’ve been able to figure it out without seeing this video. I’m very excited to see the finish result
Love this blanket pattern. I’ve made blessing blankets for my 16 grandchildren and literally hundreds more for donation to hospitals, shelters, my church Humanitarian Center and Ronald McDonald House. I’ll be using this pattern soon. Thank you for providing it.
I did use this pattern. Made it in all white and then added a pink scalloped edge. Was donated to our local Ronald McDonald House. It turned out beautifully..Thanks Daisy Farm Craft for the idea.
Made this beautiful blanket such a lovely pattern. I was on on cruise sat in a corner and a lady came up and said “Is that Kates Blessing blanket “ she always watches you videos me too . Keep up the lovely videos 😊
You are a great instructor! The first two videos I watched made me so nervous I had to stop watching them. You have a nice calm voice and I was able to concentrate on the lesson. Thank you so much. I love the baby patterns, too!
Hi Tiffany, no music perfect, very clear instruction and slow you can follow, I have made 2 of these blankets, went to a knit and crochet group they loved this stitch so I passed the instructions, as they don't do utube. Thank you so much for your time and sharing your talent. I'm Linda I am English but lived in n Ireland for many years. By the sea. Xx❤
It is because of you that last year I started crocheting baby blankets just because. Your work is so beautiful that I couldn't resist. I don't have any babies in my life, so I donated all of my blankets to my local hospital. They were then given to new parents and to oncology patients. Thank you for you and your daughter's commitment.
My first granddaughter is due in January! I have 4 grandsons and your tutorials are coming at the perfect time for me. I will be making this blanket for her Baptism. 🙏 Looking forward to your future tutorials for Kate. Thank you for sharing your gift that God has given you with us!😊
I made this for my stepdaughters friends little boy, it's such a beautiful pattern I'm now making it in different sizes for my local maternity ward, thank you xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I’m working on this blanket for my great-niece due next month. I love the pattern, easy and beautiful. However, I really need to thank you for that pinch/hold trick as I was redoing every stitch where that piece behind was too long and it was taking a very long time to do a row so, thank you, thank you for that and for your beautiful patterns and work on these tutorials.
I’ve never seen such a beautiful baby blanket . Thank you so much for sharing . You are so cool. I just seriously appreciated your style of crochet , I agree it’s an art. 🌺🙂
This is gorgeous. I make blankets for various charities. They ask for blankets with the smallest holes this way the babies are warm. I plan on using G hook like you. Thank you. God Bless your new granddaughter and all babies.
Tiffany thank you for sharing this sample that's for a baby blanket. It's pretty specially the trimming decoration. I have written it down so i don't forget. Love your blankets..that you make..Very easy for me to remember..
everything you do is top notch! these blessing blankets are indeed the kiss from heaven as the blessing is given and received. 🥰 can't wait to make one...
Aww congratulations on the newest addition to your grandmother joy. I recently became a grandma for the 4th time to a little girl as well and this looks like a beautiful pattern for her a blanket. It looks amazing in white. I’m getting so many great patterns for the kiddos from you 🥰 Thank you
🎉🎉🎉Congrats Gma. That’s what my grandson calls me. He’s 16 years old now and he still asks me to make him a blanket. I buy the best for my only grandson. Takes a lot of yarn cause he’s almost 6 feet tall. He loves the sports blankets. Jets, Yankees etc. Depending on what season we r in. I’ve made a lot of them from your books. Wondering when is a new book coming out. Luv this pattern. Tons of blessings for the new arrival in your family🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for your videos. I love this blanket. Being a visual learner reminds me when I used to sit next to my grandmother and watch her and she taught me the basics in crochet but I had never learned to read a pattern and came across your UA-cam tutorials and since I’ve made so many baby blankets and different patterns. Love your patterns and tutorials. Thank you again. Merci.
Beautiful story and blanket. My daughter is trying to get pregnant. I think this would be a beautiful blanket to make for her. Thank you for the tutorial.
What a pretty stitch! I'm going through the patterns on your website and as I find the ones I like I'm coming over to watch the videos while I do a test piece, then making gauge notes as reference for my donation quilts! As usual, I'm using the alt turning chain rather than ch2, so much easier to work that stitch, and I love the nice edges it gives.
I love this, the shell border is very pretty. I do have a little problem with tension, I’m hoping that will come with practice, you make it look so easy. Thank you.
This is such a pretty blanket 🤍🤍 The pattern is easy to follow and it turned out beautifully .. I am going to try the window pane one next.. have some gorgeous pale sage green cotton yarn I think will be perfect
Hi Tiffany, I'm Linda I'm English but live in n Ireland, I'm going to a knitting and crochet group tomorrow. So I've been writing the instructions down, as some of the elderly don't use the internet. But I have made a blanket from this pattern so they can see what it looks like, I saw your beautiful photo of you and your baby grandson in one of your blankets. You are really nice looking, and a photo of your family, love to you all. Xxx
Thank you for your EXCELLENT videos and your generosity. I just got burned on another $$$$ pattern that makes ZERO sense from an Etsy seller. I think that's my last Etsy pattern for a while. Definitely not buying from that seller ever again. ❤
Hermosisima manta,he hecho varias mantas suyas y las he vendido, las personas dicen que son preciosas. Gracias por compartir tan lindos proyectos. God bless your hands. Saludos desde Houston 🥰
Beautiful blanket! The yarn looks great and I love your closeups so we really get to see what you’re doing. I think the shell in the corner should be seven double crochets.
We also brought our babies home from the hospital in all white, including the blanket, then all white for the baptism or dedication. I'm making them now for my future great grandchildren. I didn't crochet when my grandchildren and children were born, so the crocheted blankets I hope they will keep and pass down.
I really like your patterns for blankets, very pretty and tasteful without being too lacy as it can be rather busy, plus, babies little fingers can get caught on a overly lacy pattern ,so 10/10 for this design
