this seems misleading, i wasnt trying hard to level the first week i just did the legendary campaign, but the next week i started leveling and so far i only got to 1974. he's saying 2000 in one week before even raids??? i dont think so based on my experience...
Then you haven’t been doing powerful/pinnacle activities. World drops stop at 1950, you need to level up your vendor ranks, do 9 vanguard strikes, 150 rounds of onslaught, weekly exotic mission twice, nightfall twice once you get close to 1995, featured dungeons, etc
@@Flixcer1404depends on who you’re matched with for the nightfall, if they’re competent then it’s pretty easy since it’s prison of elders this week. Seraph shield is also pretty easy if you know what to do but it’s definitely longer, I’d say they’re on par with each other in terms of actual difficulty
Yeah, once you get the first set of 1960 armor, you’ll be getting drops at or above your current level for the highest character, so it won’t help you at that point. You should be doing the new exotic quests and focusing on leveling up vendors and getting powerful drops until you hit the 1990 cap
I would say it does until you get to 2000 Power Level. It's always been like this: When you're at Power Cap and need to get only Pinnacle Rewards, doing Legendary Campaign won't give you higher gear. You will then need to focus on things that give you Pinnacle rewards.
So the only 1965 piece of gear you get is your exotic piece from which ever one you choose, The rest are 1960. I know it's been a while since you did the legend campaign and all so I can forgive for this mix up just wanted people to understand it isn't 1965 for all pieces. Never the less getting to 1980 is super fast even if you just play the game and collect drops. Also There is a repeatable quest you can complete at Micah 10 believe up to 5 or 6 more times to collect redboards of weapons that will unlock at ghost.
Yes the best way to farm High Stat armor is to do the new Episode Echo content next Tuesday, and focus the armor you get from that. Pulling seasonal armor has always been the fastest way to get stats. They replaced seasons with episodes. First one drops next Tuesday. I’m not 100% sure it’s gonna be the best way to get high stats. But judging off the past I’d say it’s a safe bet.
Just keep playing and instead of focusing on these powerlevel things just focus on having fun. I just started a week ago and I'm already at 1989 by just playing and focusing on getting cool looking ships challenge and doing raids with randoms p.s I'm a free to play (expect that witch queen one that epic gave )

My strat is gonna be maxing out my Lock and then when I play on my Titan or Hunter, they’ll automatically get 2000 gear to drop

It helped me doing it 3 x legend. Stuff was dropping at 1973+ you also get an exotic armour for completing it legend

U have to complete it on legendary difficulty. Completing it on legendary difficulty also lets you get one of the 2 new exotics for ur class🧍🏾♂️
