I'm not one to take over the counter meds. So, I'm glad I found out about this supplement. It definitely works.

For some reason when I use this oil the first time I had trouble breathing so I did not use it for couple days but than I felt better
I took some and think maybe I should chase it with some my throat feels funny but i do have acid reflux/gerd and felt this sensation in my y throat for days been to the er primary doctor as well so I wanted to try real bso and maybe I swallowed too fast by mistake tried to put under tongue but yea I did it before bed I’m scared for my throat and just want to feel better 😢

I started taking it about 2 weeks ago and I broke out BAD. I don't have acne. I never have. But, abruptly my whole face is full of whiteheads etc.

We do need to know the dosage level.
