Since stopping my daily tablespoon of black seed oil, I’ve been sick with two colds/flu, Pneumonia, fatigue, serious diverticulitis, arthritis, weight gain and sleeping problems. Today 5/18/24 I’m taking my black seed oil again. I’m done with being sick!

Hey. I'm sorry you didn't get an answer to that question.. Although I'm no professional, I would guess that in doubt you can always use the oil, well diluted (1/4 to 1/3 in another oil), on the skin.

I do feel good after I take it once the nausea goes away but it helps my arthritis hurt much less pain and well it’s not a cure for it it does do a lot. My skin looks better. I tried the pills first and they worked so well I bought a huge bottle from Amazon. From my experience the liquid form is even better but I will admit I upped the intake. I take a tablespoon size gulp in the morning and another at night straight from the bottle

If you have hair thinning I would take the liquid form internally. And also use the liquid to apply to scalp and face. On the scalp you can mix the oil with rosemary essential oil which has been proven to grow hair as well as minoxidil. If you have sensitive scalp dilute with carrier oil. When applying do a scalp massage.
