Never seen that many kids paying attention and staying quiet like that before. You can tell Jordan had their full attention.
4:38 that kid can tell to his children that he passed the ball to the Goat
imagine when he grows up every other time mentions in conversations that he played michael jordan and passed to him, he was his friend and they trained up once. mj was his mentor. just randomly makes the conversation link to sports or basketball and then mentions this
2:27 I love how he called the ball "like a trained animal" when MJ demonstrated the correct spin of the ball when shooting. If MJ decided to be a teacher, for sure he'd be the GOAT at it too.
How many of these kids knew that they were in the presence of the greatest basketball player of all time ?
Kobe wasn't there that day.
@@Its.Corey. are you high
@@Its.Corey. Boy he stole MJ's moves, but he failed to fly like Jordan sadly
@@andypandy4722 yo you moving mad
@@Its.Corey. Kobe isn’t anywhere near the best lol
This guy should play in the NBA.. looks like he plays really good
😂
Yeah man.. He looks like he could win 6 rings without losing any finals
Nah he probably sucks
😆
@@alienatorterminator1543 nah hes too short
I don’t even care about basketball. I just appreciate seeing a master of their craft explain what they do. The little details that they are aware of in their own work is fascinating.
What's amazing is that he's not only a GOAT player, but a GOAT teacher as well. As a musician who's had many teachers in conservatories, I can tell you that it's very rare to have performance and the ability to transfer your fundamentals to others.
if he is the goat teacher what the hell happened to the wizards
@@q11k79 Uh... they ascended significantly and some of their players became all-stars, attributing it to Jordan motivating them, such as Rip Hamilton. Oh, and Jordan absolutely shattered oldest player scoring records, averaging 25 ppg near age 40 and putting in a 55 point game, then 45 at age 40. So yeah ;)
@@musicsdarkangel well you said he is good at teaching too but what happened to kwame brown? and they missed the playoffs too. but he did do well for a near 40 year old guy
@@q11k79 What happened was Kwame had t-rex limbs and tiny hands to begin with. Kwame was a bust. You might as well blame Adam Morrison on Kobe.
5:35 it was at this moment MJ stopped having fun and it became personal
Kid: "Who this old guy? Pssst."
Kid: "Let me look him up on UA-cam"
Kid: "😲"
"alot of you guys came here thinking about the shoes, not the shoot" 😂😂😂 so true when I was a kid, I first cared about wearing my beautiful shoes...
That kid was prob like "omg I passed to MJ" lol
An assist for sure
This guy has a lot of potential to play in the NBA, he’s very skilled, and is giving lessons. Goat.
Look at the kids they are amazed they are watching and listening to Jordan!
Michael is a very principled person. All the greats have unbelievable foundational philosophy if you look close.
what about rodman and dramond green?
I can't believe this is my first time seeing this. I would have loved to be there both as a kid and now! I still try to get better every time I play, gotta stay ready cause u never know
Mark Price didn't you play the starting point guard for the Cavaliers in the 90s bruh
someone show Ben Simmons this vid
LOVE MJ
This is a master class
Those kids don’t know how lucky they were to hear one of the greatest basketball players of all time talk about practice, technique and purpose.
Awesome video!
Bro I was there. What a wild thing to see a video on the internet.
This is golden
People will find this video one day thanks for coming early
This should have 1 million views already. Thanks for posting!
The Goat of All Goats!
He’s the 🐐
I think they are just in awe the basketball god in there gym talking the them , the guy young players wish they could be idolize shows up at your basketball practice interacting and teaching you some stuff dream come true
Love the way he respects Reggie Millers
Miller
the goofy guy on tnt he played basketball too? i thought he was just Churl Millers brother
Michael still grinding as expected from the 🐐
Jordan is a great coach too.
Lol, he just gave me a tip that will increase my shot percentage
@4:39 that kid will forever talk about the day he passed the ball to MJ
true
Yeah but MJ missed the shot so no assist ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I mean to be able and just sit there as a kid and listen to probobly top 3 most famous and successful athlete of all time, it's just 😲😲😲
Being at a MJ camp is like being at a Barry Sanders RB camp... Like how could you not get better???
This man should play in the nba, he can easily win over Dominique Wilkins in slam dunk contest fr.
THE GOAT!!!
I wish I could have gone to Jordan’s camp back in the day. I went to Karl Malone camp in the early 90s and we didn’t even see him most of the time. It was all for show
Only the goat can tuck his loose tshirt in his windbreaker pants like that
He will always be the goat in my opinion
thats crazy to thought we got this lesson for free thanks mate
All these kids are probably in their late 20s/early 30s now, damn..
Yup I’m 25🥲
@@ballervisions which kid are you? Like we can see anyways 😆
@@ARTPLAYSGAMES86 i was on the left side under the basket lol
How come lebron doesnt have shooting clinics? 😂
What size britches ya gotz on bro bro?
I would have got so damn happy I did an assist to mj
Gold
Dude, he always wore his shorts and pants so high haha
gold
Freaking crazy hands
1st thing I noticed m.j had huge hands!!

HE IS MICHAEL JORDAN
That’s cool he came to Santa Barbara.
Joshua Dylan, what do you need for KW son Ashton?
Whats the name of yhe trainer?
Many are chosen, few agree.
When lebron retires hell be teaching a masterclass on flopping
Once I heard mj answer the question... "Why are you the greastest?"
He said because he missed the most shots.
I didn't get it at then... now that I'm older I understand.
To Jared Wilson what does it mean when Jordan says he missed the most shots
@@joannjameson4955 Most people are too afraid of continuous failure. When he said that he missed the most shots, it means that he never gave up even if he keeps on failing, even if he failed alot he still took himself to the top of the league with perseverance.
Micheal was the best ever the guy could jump from the free throw line he's a good playmaker and good at defence and offence he has very good mentality when he sets his mind to it if I had the chance to talk to Micheal I would tell him how much Iike about him and ask him how can I get better people want to be like Mike stop trying because there's only one and that's him be your own person people don't like it when you idolize someone all the time I just wanted to say he's the goat now on the past and going to be in the future
This guys a baseball player, what's he doing giving shooting tips like he's the GOAT or something. 😁
8:00 free throws shoot
Clinic
He'll grow into those pants
The funny thing is that these kids have no idea who is teaching them and could care less I would kill to be able to have the opportunity to have advise from MJ
nah i m pretty sure kids in 06 knew who jordan was. i was about that age and grew up with space jam and michael jordan was king
I'm from the Philippines I knew MJ since I was 5 yrs old.. but because of Space Jam that is 😂
They all know who he is! That’s why they are at his camp.
These kids definitely know who he is. It’s 2006, not 2022.
It's Michael freaking Jordan, even stones know who that is.
That’s one big ass hand tho
Couldn't hear a single thing but cool video tho. Does someone mind summarizing the main points of the advice he gave?? 🥺🥺
can you read?
@@ballervisions that's rude. I just asked a question bro what's your problem 😕 ?
Michal jordan is my hero GIVE Me HIS Number someone
23
i like to think mj shot the free throw with his eyes closed 😅😅
He did !
The random Reggie miller glaze 😭
I'm sure Steph Curry was there hiding from somewhere listing to the Goat
Point out the kids that went pro here
Fundamentals
I heard that nba players hurt themselves when they dunk so im sorry for michael😢
These kids look like NBA players who had a bad fortune of going against MJ in his prime...
who's this guy? he playing basketball good?😂🤣
It's so quiet when God speaks.
Tell the baby to hush. His father is speaking
Didn't this guy used to play baseball
Who used 3 wrong fingers to shoot? Just let me know!
any of these kids made it to the NBA?
Big baby Davis was here that’s the only one I remember. Lil Romeo and the massey bros (Corey in the house/zoey 101) were here too lol
@@ballervisions but Davis was drafted in 2007, this is 2006
@@keichannnnhe was there but not in the kids camp
@@ballervisions oh ok
Did he say big hands are a disadvantage??????
Yes, try to shoot a tennis ball or ping pong ball straight, it is extremely hard
@@clintonchoi5779 not buying it
Even shaq said that
Good pointers on shooting although I prefer the index finger follow thru personally.
Is there anyone who's going to be NBA player in those kids?
Let’s wear giant clown pants
And tuck my shirt in.
What these kids today missed not seeing this man play and instead got Lebron.
whats wrong with lebron?
What's the problem with lebron lol
?😐
@@leanzwyd3531 Lebron flops, he whines, he's not clutch like Kobe or Mike, his Finals record sucks. 4-6.
@@Th33Vultur3 it’s not all about finals records lmfaooo ur slow
MJ is only 6’4 in bare feet
I don't think this seminar or any other shooting seminar is gonna help Ben Simmons in any way...
Or Ben Cartwright
bro this guy sells shoes what does he know? Him and Phill knight work together or something he made j's know it all just like Elon Musk
But curry shot the ball in his palm... At still high accuracy
Most players use finger tips, and it’s orthodox textbook teaching, but of course there’s some individual variations
Why do so many of these kids have their mouths hanging open like that eh?
Let me get injection
finger tips only is not true
Those pants Mike was wearing were terrible
Whatever. He’s no Michael Jordan.
Mj hands bigger than kawhi
I came to the comments to look for disgruntled LEFT HAND PEOPLE. He only taught to hold the ball steady with the left, not shoot with it.
good example of bad advice
Jordan is not a natural shooter, I would rather get tips from Larry Bird, Steph Curry or Trae Young.
