Just take that wall completely out and then this will allow you to pout the Range on the wall next to the sink and allow for an open flow in the kitchen

So excited for you! Uncle chocolate rocks! Tip...paint the tops and bottoms of your doors too. Seals them and keeps them from swelling in summer and shrinking in winter. The humidity can’t affect them when painted all the way around.

Everything is coming along. Your kitchen is going to be beautiful and made with love. My Uncle renovated my small galley kitchen and he did an excellent job. He came down and stayed with me for 5 days. Of course, I no longer live in that home.

You can get rid of the half wall in the kitchen completely and make up for it by having counter space on the wall parallel to the window. You’ll have a galley style kitchen and more open concept

I personally think you should get rid of the half wall in the kitchen and just do all bottom wall cabinets with a long island in the middle of the kitchen but extend out the cabinets past where the half wall was. So it gives you the same cabinet space but a bigger/more open look
