If they have turned yellow within a few days of purchase it is due to over-watering. They also may need more light from being in front of the window for direct defused light.

April I'm so loving the plants and planters. I am a new plant mom as of last year and theyre really thriving. I'm obssed with nice and unique planters. They just really elevate the space. Since The egg chairs have been out for awhile now, they're cheaper at a lot of places. I do like them inside more than outdoors. Everything looks really good.

April, I would always use the blue painters tape. The paint would always bleed through. We switched to the green frog tape and it works sooo much better.
I have those exact pillow covers and I got them in navy, purple pink, burgundy and yellow and I changed them out for the seasons

The plants are beautiful,just a heads up,one of them is a running plant and the other one is more like a flower that will soon need to be repotted and in a lot of sun light and a lot of room to grow because it gets huge and needs room👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰just a heads up.love you sweet heart.💕
The one that has a few yellow leaves is the one that’s going to need a lot of sun light,not the light from your light bulbs,it needs natural light and get you a spray bottle and spray the leaves at lease twice a week and talk to her and name your plants they love that and speak to them every morning before you leave home and talk to them when you come home.They need love to 👍

Your supposed to paint the same wall color on the edges of the tape and let it dry, then paint with the desired color to get supper crisp lines! 🥰

You have to rip the tape off when the paint is still damp. Otherwise, what happened is exactly what happens. Good thing your floor is OK.Things are coming together nicely. Can't wait to see the finished look.
Love it all! I always thought those egg chairs were too pretty to go outside. And the rug store.. the big bright ones they had in the front on the wall..just beautiful! I would love those in my place!

When you re-pot them it stresses them and if you find one browning it could have stagnant water in the bottom of the pot from over watering make sure it doesn't happen itll start browning and falling off. If they yellow it could be not enough photosynthesis but some can get too much dry out some are full light some partially. Get a little tiny book write your plants down what light they like so as you grow your collection you don't forget you might learn over time from routine. Also look up which ones need plant food because I have some that need liquid plant food every 3months too keep them it beautiful condition. All my others I give a few drops every 6months but those that need it every 3 months like my snake plant and spider plant I make sure they get it as I I learnt 1 of my snake plant leafs went yellow. Don't pull them off it'll take the whole plant apart I did it and lost 1 of the 3 plants structure stuck together now theirs 2left. Let it dry naturally and fall off or cut it down to the base to hide it and leave that bit stuck on till that falls off in the soil itself.😉👌🏼🙏🏼❤✌🏼

Hey April, you can get PLANT GROW LIGHT BULBS and put them in that lamp you have next to the chairs... that will help cause that corner doesn't seem like it gets much sun. 😊👍🏾

I love the room. Where did you get the matte black plant pots? I’ve been searching your videos but can’t find it
HACK: for the tape issue guys and for bumpy walls put your tape on get some chork put it down your tape paint line smooth down it with a damp finger in a pot of water wipe the crap on a rag each time you need to re-wet your finger to carry on. let it dry paint your wall you'll have a crisp perfect sooth line no leaking threw gaps or bumpy walls. Your welcome you can do it for the perfect crisp line on straight walls because walls move and are crooked.

I love them. Chairs so much I would have painted em black or maybe stained them a bit deeper ... Only cuz in not the biggest fan of light tones of wood but it still looks amazing and it's not even done

You should decorate for the scale of your space. Those outdoor chairs take up a lot of space unnecessarily. I think you could get away with those chairs if you had higher ceilings and a more open floor plan

I love the elements you added to the room! The egg chairs and the addition of real plants ☺️ The color on the fireplace, love it! I have 3 baby Monsteras currently growing. Another good one to get are Pothos (Manjula are really pretty). They don’t require a lot of anything, leave them alone and they will grow and trail. I have a couple quick questions, how did you learn how to build things? School, job or or self taught?
I love the chairs but maaannnn! $500 a chair! I just couldn't spend that much on just a chair :/ but I love it though!

If you check Walmart you could found more or less same chair for $300, and everyone in the review talks about the target one.
I saw them for $246 on Overstock, but they were darker. I ❤those & the whole vibe of that room.

Cut the yellow leaves off. They take nutrients from the leaves that are still good.
Wayfair is notorious for damaged items. Happened to me twice. They will replace it though.
Use distilled water because tap water can make plants turn yellow.
What's color will you put in for curtains? Like the room so far.
