The star witness admitted to not only stealing from the defendant, but having a personal grudge against him too. Anyone with any sense to them would realize that raises reasonable doubt.
Which is why the prosecution made sure to corroborate everything with recordings, texts, etc. prior to Cohen taking the stand.

The jury should be able to access audio files and video files of what the judge actually said it's much easier to listen and control that and it is to read through 55 pages of printed text to gain an understanding of what the judge said
It's ridiculous that the courts do not use the audio and video and the technology available to Monitor and keep track of everything that takes place during a hearing it doesn't need to be released to the public but it would be nice for a juror or the jurors to pull up an audio tape of what the judge said versus reading through 55 pages of print

Let's be very clear. The Prosecution refused to list the second crime in the indictments, and have now rested their case without any mention or evidence of this alleged second crime. Without the alleged second crime these misdemeanor charges are not elevated to felonies, and therefore, there won't be any jail time. The punishment for the misdemeanors only amount to fines if they can even get him on that. As far as this case goes in Trump going to jail that's over with the prosecution bluffed and folded in the end.

Aye yi yi! The crime is for claiming that money paid to Cohen was for business legal work which is used in calculating tax deduction. It wasn’t for legal services. It was to reimburse Cohen for the money he fronted to pay for things like Stormy Daniels and RedFinch. Trump was aware of and did it purposely. Like, a year’s worth of monthly checks. That’s fraud. Using it as a tax deduction means average citizen unwillingly subsidized the hush money payments.

Justice will be served eventually…Trump getting away isn’t a guarantee. Also, I think the truth surrounding Cohen’s conviction will be stronger than the defense’s attempts to discredit him. Cohen’s involvement was already proven in court.
