Finally Nissan is expanding dealer network to tier2 cities. I saw new Nissan dealer opening in Khammam, Telangana.
After Magnite’s great success, Nissan should introduce Note, X-Trail, and Serena models to Indians.

Beautiful car. However for the Red edition they have only two colors - black and white which was disappointing. That variant is better than the even the top variant of Magnite in terms of interiors.

There is so much of engine vibration n moreover an issue with AC as well doesn't cool instantly takes 10 minutes to get the interior cool where is brands such as Hyndai n tata have very good ac control system

Rattling noise coming from dashboard.the only solution which I got from service centre was dashboard replacement which will cost 20k. Nissan is only able to stay in India because of Magnite. If customers are telling you an issue of rattling from dashboard that means it's a defect from OEM. Cant you just ask your technical team to resolve from next lot of cars. It will only improve the product so that Magnite can survive the segment in which many other options are there.
Earlier clutch was very hard but company resolved it from BS6 phase 2, even your sales team agree with this. So please for your own sake take these inputs seriously.

Hello all,
This mail is regarding the experience that I have been experiencing for the last 2 days in Nissan service centre Indore.
Extreme care less attitude towards work:
Car- Nissan Magnite Black
Registration Number- MP04EB4937
Car's O2 sensor started creating problems within one year of it's use and I came to service centre more than 5 times to get it repaired but every time they attached laptop for few minutes and made some changes in software so that the display indicator stopped reflecting problem on the display and from the second day the issue was the same. Later on one engineer from the service centre advised to get the O2 sensor changed which was the part of under warranty services. Firstly the person sitting in desk named Mukesh denied that It doesn't cover the O2 sensor later on I made him see one document where It does cover under the warranty. Now they started saying this is last of warranty and we can't cover that under warranty though the car handed over to them 2 days back.
This centre is filled with highly unprofessionals who don't have any set process to do the tasks.
I would go on Twitter and and will try to go every social media platforms which possible to expose the core reality of the inside story of Nissan Group.
I had to make multiple leaves from my work in order to come to the service centre and take multiple follow ups with them.
Bogus claims on every steps- Firstly, I had been promised that I'd be given the car same day after service that didn't happen later they pushed for second day still the delivery didn't happen. And later I was supposed to receive the car third day at 12 still they brought up with new story. And they didn't give the car to me.
Pathetic experience, literally hated the service experience. Terrible.
