    we just ordered ours after going back and forth quite a bit between this and quotes from local irrigation companies. the local guys were an average quote of $4500 for 4 zones and the irrigreen for 4 zones cost just under $3000. so for us it was definitely the better choice. cant wait for it to come in!

    This is innovation. Definitely the way to go when I install an irrigation system, soon, hopefully. Two questions. Does this sprinklers eliminate the need to head to head coverage? Can they be installed above ground until one is ready to lay down pipe. It's important to lay down pipe at the right time in the right place. DO NOT LAY DOWN PIPE INDISCRIMINATELY.

  • @dvxAznxvb
    @dvxAznxvb 2 роки тому +3

    Think you need to start with measuring psi or gallons per minute output; residential water diameter can vary a lot
    But planning where you put everything is the fun part
    If you dig below 4 feet then it’s under the frost line but shallow systems like this need to be blown out often to prevent freezing
    Many people need to get advisor to figure out the math on how water behaves when being split in zones; you can easily run into where the run for pipes can be too long and it would either need a pump or you split the zone up way too much and just need to make more zones

    • @mattadulting

    I would have bet you're going to install that particular sprinkler system. I already have a sprinkler system installed on three stations. Can you give me an idea of how much more that particular set would cost if I were to scrap what I have? Yes, sometimes I've got more dollars than sense. I have seen that put in on other videos and it does look super. It looks like it would finally solve my problem with heads not reaching all of my lawn. Please note I have only a small lawn but is broken up into three different sections of about 250 ft² a piece.
