So I haven't cooked the meat yet. This is the easiest way to tenderize beef for quick cooking. This method is suitable for the most inexpensive cuts of beef. The secret is to use the one ingredient that every house has. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
A creative recipe for cooking meat and an interesting portion of meat on the table. Combined with a summer salad, this recipe will surprise everyone. Recipe for beef in a pan. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
500 grams of beef.
Cut the beef into slices or strips.
1 teaspoon baking soda.
Rub the meat well with baking soda.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for 35-40 minutes.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1 tablespoon wine vinegar.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon chilli sauce.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes.
That's the meat sauce I'll need later.
You can also use a different sauce, such as soy sauce.
After 35 minutes the meat will turn bright red, this is normal.
Rinse the meat well.
Dry the meat with kitchen paper.
Heat a pan with frying oil.
Pour half of the portion into the pan.
Fry on the highest level for about 1 minute.
Then mix and fry on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Take out the first portion of meat.
Add the second portion of meat and sear evenly on both sides.
Cut 1 onion.
1 red pepper.
Fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
add meat.
Sauce.
Fry for another 2-3 minutes and turn off.
Cut 2 cucumbers.
2 tomatoes.
1 pepper.
Chives.
1 avocado.
100 g green peas.
2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Salt to taste.
Mix well.
Our delicious dinner is ready.

Meat is like a piece of wood if you cut it along the grain it will be tough and fibrous if you slice it across the grain it will be tender as the fibers will be short and tender (I am a retired butcher)

Yes, the title is very misleading. He cooks meat for more than 1 hour.

Ну, еще подробная демонстрация закладок всех трех частей на сковородку по очереди и прочее воровство времени. Обобщим так: можно попробовать натереть жесткую говядину содой на полчаса. Потом обмыть. Все видео лишнее

That avocado wasn't fully ripe. That's why part of it stuck to the skin.
Buy an apple (any kind) when you buy avocados. Put the apple into the bag with the avocados and in two days they will be ready to eat. The apple releases a gas that ripens fruit. It works for most fruits even bananas.
Banana with a green avo also works to ripen it quicker

While holding the avocado half, the knife can easily pierce through the avocado skin and slice into your palm. Protect your hand by placing a folded towel between your hand and the avocado before cutting.
Has that actually happened to you I've been cutting avocados for years and that's never happened to me and I do it exactly how she does it. I can see if it was completely mushy but a normal ripe avocado is perfectly fine to do that with

You can also take any piece of meat and fully wrap it with heavy duty foil (with corners pinched over well).Bake it in the oven on 350-400 F (depending on toughness of meat) Until you start to smell it in your home. Usually 45min to 1hr .CAREFULLY unwrap it to check it's tenderness. If it falls apart and you want it to have the roasted edges just take off the aluminium foil and leave it in for a few more minutes. Easy, juicy, tender everything. And also just season it however you want before you make the foil tent. Oh and a pan under the foil for every obvious reason possible.

Baking soda also makes it rubbery, soft butrubbery texture. Next time marinate the meat as you normally would, then peel, and make a slather out of kiwi fruit. It will tenderize your meat, without making it rubbery. Think pepper steak at a Chinese restaurant. That's what they do and that's why it is rubbery.
Dont leave the kiwi on for more than 30 minutes, directly before cooking. You wont taste the kiwi.

I used to be a meat cutter, and I didn't see a thing she did that would make the meat tender unless she cut the meat across the grain, otherwise if you took a tough piece of meat and cut those thin pieces along the grain it still would not make them tender, but I did not read anything in the translation mentioning that. Yes there are many ways to tenderize meat but I do not think baking Soda is one of them !

Yes, they look like scallions. Chives would be milder, all those green parts of the scallion will taste quite hot. Shallots might be a nice substitute.

Several other means and methods can be employed to soften tough meats, including beef and bush ( wild by nature ) meats. Green or half ripe, Kiwi fruit, green paw paw, and pine apples can also be used. Pieces of the cut aforementioned fruits can be used as, or added to the marinate. They can also be added whlist or when the meat is stewing. The action of the enzyme peptase present in these fruits is the active ingredient which renders tough meats soft. Also whilst stewing the meat, one can also add pieces of ice/cubes to the stew, this also works As a matter of fact any fruit which has the enzymes peptase can be used. Another product that can be used is non sweetened yogurt, the yogurt has the enzymes which acts to soften tough meats.
Finally another method which I have seen used in my culture, Trinidad 🇹🇹 and Tobago 🇹🇹, is to put a NEW NAIL , yes a new nail ( iron nail ) in the stew.
