A quick update on my journey.
Earlier when I started this 30 min workout I was burning around 300 calories measured on my Mi band 3.And now I burn around 400-450 calories. This has surely made me loose weight in these few months. Thank you guys for this.

I have quit alcohol recently and been doing 30 mins jump rope for 30 days I’m at day 20 today my face always red after jump rope and that’s how I know I’ve done it properly. I want to continue this as my usual exercise after challenge. I would miss it! You are very inspiring :)

thank you for the video !! I’ve been jump roping since December 2018 5 times a week for 30-50 min and I feel great. I used to hate working out but now I love it and I actually look forward to jumping rope every day.
How much weight did you lose? You must've done great over this 6 months period, just trying to get a raw idea of how much I want to weight after a few months.
@@anshul_._ when I started I weighed 165 and now I am 152, so I've lost 13 pounds so far. The first month I only lost 3 pounds but then I began eating in moderation and I stopped eating so much junk food and the weight began to come off a lot quicker. I lost the 13 pounds by the mid April and now I'm just trying to maintain the weight I am at right now.
It's a sweaty work out and I feel amazing. I am doing twice a day I mean two 30 min sessions and I am feeling amazing. Thanq JRD

I began to jump rope with a guitar cable, and watching this channel through covid-19 helped to improve my health. Now I'm 115 pounds less, (and finally I have a descent jump rope)

Holy bananas. You are crazy strong to keep with the 1lb rope. I got thru half the first round and went down to 1/2lb. Then half the second round with 1/2 and dropped to 1/4. Then third round stayed with the 1/2 lb. I did maintain good speed and varied the footwork. 200 cals warm up. 438 cals workout. Wouldn’t have made it by myself so really appreciated the jump along. Respect!

After giving birth to my daughter & having a major surgery after I gained so much weight. I’m at my highest weight ever, & have been feeling so bad. I started working out but was running & really wasn’t seeing any difference. I then started jumping & came across you & been trying on & off I started the 10 min beginner & on my 4 day I noticed I could jump through, I’ve now started this one & let’s just say it was a challenge with lots of sweat but felt good after doing. Thanks for ALL you videos jumping to me is definitely better than running any day. Now I need to lose the sugar & I’ll be good to go!

Started my jump rope journey 2 weeks ago and already feeling great! The only problem is after 10 sessions I have shin splints! Hope my body will get used to it soon.

Another fun challenge is to go back to the 10-minute beginner workout, change the timer from 20 secs to 30, then do 3 sets of _that,_ with 1 minute of rest in-between! Or, keep it at 20 secs, and skip with the 2 / 3 lb rope (What I'm currently doing for my medium-intensity day) - good, challenging rounds of exercise!!

Im doing this 30 min set, 2 weeks in a row, been hitting the gym for couple months and im coming back to my best shape, i did quit jumping rope a couple months but now im back, hell of a workout this set with the 30-10, i always end up like a soup

I can't praise these guys enough. I started jump rope April 2020 when Yoga class shut down due to lockdown. As exercise was always my thing, I was desperate to find something to replace my 3 times a week hot yoga classes and I found this!! I did my research, bought RX Smart Gear ropes (I'd like to try crossrope at one point) and started every day. Damn, it did make me lose weight quickly. Not only the session is good but these guys are inspiring and motivating. This is now my everyday exercise and is very manageable even at busy times. So thank you guys, I am enjoying this!!!

My first rope that I learned from zero with broke last fall and I was so sad. Got a new one, but I really wanna get a crossrope at some point.
Out of 30 Minutes, 21 Minutes is the Actual Jumping Period. 7 minutes of rest (10 second rest) and 3 minutes of rest between Rounds. 21 Minutes looks less but feels like an hour of jumping 🔥.
