Oh man!! I love Rascal Flatts....such an amazing group! Leukemia is what she has....Got me all in my feelings!! I've been cutting onions, I swear!! Happy New Year you 2!! Many blessings, health, and happiness to whomever is reading this!!
Ooh, and I just thought about a song you guy's can listen to during 2021. It's called "How Can I Help You to Say Goodbye," by Patty Lovelace......talk about ugly crying for both my husband and I when we listened to it.....have your tissues ready!!!
I've seen it too. The youngest of my uncle's passed about 8 years ago. I barely got to tell him I graduate college. He passed 2 days after that. I lost my gradpa, his father, almost 1 year after that to age and cancer as well. And now my maternal grandpa is coming down to the end of the road from Parkinson's disease. It's been hard for my mom's side since he used to be so active. From coming out for multiple Autumns pheasant hunting and having his own small electrician business, to not being able to walk and having trouble knowing who anyone is.
I lived this with my son. He was diagnosed with Leukemia at 17 months and was in chemo for 3 years and 2 months. It is heartbreaking to hear the news, watch your child sick and in pain, lose their hair, etc. This song always brings me to tears.
As a cancer survivor this song has always meant a lot to me!! My husband actually shaved my head for me because I couldn’t do it. I’ve always had really long hair. I cried when it was cut to my shoulders. Losing my hair was one of the hardest parts. There is no hiding what’s going on then. But I’m now 10 years cancer free. On a brighter note, #49ersforlife!!!!!!
In 7th grade I became friends with a girl. She was so sweet, had beautiful curly blonde hair and in the middle of the year, she started getting sick. She found out she had cancer. She started chemotherapy & radiation. She lost all of her hair & I remember her crying & saying she looked ugly, but she was still beautiful! They amputated one of her legs to try to stop it from spreading. It didn't work. It spread like wild fire & she passed at the end of the school year. She was my first experience with losing someone. I still think about her frequently & she passed away in 1989. RIP Molly

My sister was diagnosed with leukemia when she was 11. Told she'd never be able to have kids. She has 2. She's now 54, and her hair has grown back, but not the way it used to be. After what I saw her go through, she is the strongest person I know. And my mom, who was there with her though it all, is the 2nd strongest.
Ironic timing that I find this now; my dad is going for his last week (#4) of chemo the 1st of Feb. I've always liked Rascal Flatts but this song has a much more personal connection now
I've always loved this song, but I was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2019 and lost a lot of my hair. Decided to have my daughter shave it, I knew I was going to lose it all so I decided it was going to be on my terms.
I've heard this song so many times and it still makes me cry. Especially in high school, hair is so important to girls so this young guy shaving his head for her is so precious. My mom had leukemia and she lost her hair too. I'm ashamed to say that it never occurred to me to shave my head in solidarity.

My daughter had stage 4 leukemia at age 15 which they finally discovered after her friend pushed her into the bleachers in gym and she was severely injured 🤕. She always wanted a Mohawk and has her hair began to fall out quickly. The whole family shaved 🪒 our heads bald. She only had a little patch of hair in the very front. We slept in the children’s hospital 🏥 for over a year. ❤️

I’ve listened to this song hundreds of times over the years, but it holds new meaning for me now. My I lost my grandmother to colon cancer in 2019. By the time they found she had it and were talking about new therapies it had spread too far and she died in hospice. Cancer really sucks, I miss her everyday. 😢 Thanks for reacting to this song, I enjoy your channel.
This song hits home for me too. I’m a Cancer survivor. During my 2 1/2 year battle, I lost my hair. My son was 7 when my hair fell out. ON HIS OWN, he asked my friend to shave his head to be like Mommy. I had no idea. When I saw him, needless to say, I cried. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever experienced. Leukemia is cancer. It is a blood cancer. This song has always gotten me. My momma had throat cancer, beat that, then it came back in her lungs. She wasn't strong enough that time. She's been gone 9 years now, and it still feels just as fresh as it did 9 years ago.
My son had leukemia when he was five, the chemo made his hair fall out. Thank God for his first grade teacher, because she prepared his class for how he would look when he came to school. They accepted him unconditionally and he even made jokes about his hair. He's now 34 and has a wife and three kids. This song means so much to our family.
This song was inspired by a 5 year old girl who's parents were friends with the song writer. She unfortunately passed from an extremely rare cancer. The song writer wrote this song from the perspective that she was diagnosed in high school and survived.
This song touched me so much due to my mom (rip) she had cervical cancer and then she was cancer free but the infections (4 types) that she got from the surgery and blood stents in her left leg(they didnt sanitize b4 putting it in her) lost her Oct. 31 2018 and she loved this song and plus this song yall should listen too Watch "I'm Gonna Love You Through It" - Martina McBride
I’m going to recommend “Bless the broken Road” by Rascal Flatts. I believe it will resonate with you both. My husband and I chose this song to play at our wedding. You will see why.

You have some deep thinking followers. ❤💙
You're introducing me to so much too. 👍
I see a lot of people out there who do what you do and no one does it like YOU!!
You said "Special K" 🤣🤣

Love you guys!!!
Cancer is hard for anyone, but I wish no child had to go through it. Cancer has taken 3 uncles and 2 aunts and recently my friend who turn 42 a week before she passed away. God bless you both.
Oh my what a SAD but beautiful song. Your ending the year with tears. Keep well guys and see you in 2021!
I can’t listen to this song without crying
Hi Half and Jai. Just found you tonight. Watched a few of your reactions. I subscribed. You are real. I appreciate that. You and Jamel are easily my favorites. Keep it up please. Happy New Year. Have a safe and blessed year.
I just came across you guys a few days ago! Love to watch your reactions! You guys have something special! Much love to you both!
You have to react to Travis Tritt tell me didn't say goodbye... it was my favorite as a kid and still makes me cry to this day. Sorry to hear about your mom. Sending 🙏 and ❤
I cry every time I listen to this song!
Oh what a sweet sentimental song and the video is so touching!❤
We all know someone either currently battling, lost their battle or won the fight!
Keep loving and supporting!
Great reaction guys!❤
Happy new year!🎆
Thank you for everything!
Try Martina Mcbride... God's Will...
Even though they are young, that is a real man right there! He was raised right
Leukemia is cancer. It is a blood cancer. This song has always gotten me. My momma had throat cancer, beat that, then it came back in her lungs. She wasn't strong enough that time. She's been gone 9 years now, and it still feels just as fresh as it did 9 years ago.
Happy New Year All. Love your Country Reactions!
Do we not all need a good scrip writer!! HAPPY New year. May just not today bring and show you love but all to come.
My Mother also fought breast cancer. Two amazing songs on that subject are Tough by Craig Morgan and I'm Gonna Love You Through It by Martina Mcbride.
Beautiful song, loved your reaction!! Love watching you two!!
Almost couldn't watch this....Gets me everytime...😘 Much ♥️ and Respect ✌️
Happy nu year. This song gives me chills n tears
Such a beautiful song that shows what love is. ❤️❤️
I just became big fans of y'all. Great song and perfect reaction. Looking forward to checking out more of your reaction vids
Totally cried. Prayers to all those affected by cancer.
I just love Rascal Flatts
Simply Beautiful!!
This song makes me cry every time I hear it.
True love will help you over come anything
I’m going to recommend “Bless the broken Road” by Rascal Flatts. I believe it will resonate with you both. My husband and I chose this song to play at our wedding. You will see why.

I'm bawling...I'd forgotten this song. 20 yrs ago I buried my 6 1/2 yr old son. Cancer(neuroblastoma)... fuck cancer!
