I like the idea of “I’m scared to do this cuz this will happen. Well let’s test that to see what does actually happen.” Great video!

We had a guy in high school who never spoke. Didn’t share many words even when spoken to. Everyone thought he was shy just based on his aura and body language. He spoke very low and always seemed uncomfortable and kinda restricted. When it came time to give speeches in front of class I swear he turned into someone else. Voice projected so loud it filled the whole room (this was a big room) body language showed no sign of anxiety, no stuttering or awkward pauses. It was the coolest/strangest thing haha

    Great video.
Would you say that it's expected that you'll always feel some sense of anxiety upon certain situations? You'll always feel a certain degree of hesitation upon approaching a beautiful girl or having a difficult conversation with your boss for instance?
I can't imagine that it disappears completely (maybe you'd be out of touch with reality if it did)...but I suppose you get better at acting in spite of it/

It depends on how often you deal with these situations. The more common they are the more they'll lose their power over you.

Absolutely, get more data from the world around you! Get out of ones head into reality. Wow scary stays that it takes people 10 yrs on avg to do something about it.

What when you test it in the real world and you get rejected and find out you were right?
This whole video assume you are wrong in your judgements.
