I wouldn't mind seeing more first person videos.
Obviously not as a regular thing as I'm seeing people commenting that it's not the easiest watching experience, but I consume these videos largely as a podcast as I work so being able to look over and see what that player sees is a welcome change.
    Maybe once a week?

I absolutely love watching first person casts. A typical viewer (myself included) cannot keep up with everything that is happening, but being able to see the selected targets and camera gives you such a deeper insight into what they are doing
Edit: watching them is definitely more demanding, its just very nice to mix it up every now and then, its especially interesting watching someone play 'your race'
Edit 2: some ways to improve the viewer experience, pausing and discussing helps give you time to catch up, and probably stick to short/mid length games

Lowko - I think the best way to present these 1st person videos is to have half the screen a pure first person view, and the second half you following along in the replay as you normally would synched in time to the first person half. That way we get the benefit of the first person view with the broader context for what's going on.
In any event, more first person please!!

I am a youtube viewer only, never played a game of starcraft myself. I follow you for about two years now and got a quite theoretical understanding of the game so far. Seeing Serral play really impressed me, showing me what people actually see and have to react to in the actual game. It makes it even more impressive to see how most pro gamers interact with each other based on how little information they have of each other. The caster curse, seeing all the info at once, with additional data support really spoiled me a bit :D
So ya. I am in on the "once a week" plan of seeing first person games! really impressive

Take a shot every time Lowko:
    1. says "Serral is considered by many to be the greatest SC2 player of all time"
    2. calls Serral the Finnisher
    3. states the current drone count
    4. comments on the Zerg's creep spread
    5. "X unit is SUPER good against Y unit"
    6. "beautiful abductions"
    7. checks the income advantage tab
    8. argues with himself about whether ghosts or queens are the "best unit in the game"

This was great and the most interesting part is that your commentary took on a whole new life from this point of view. It was exactly like you were deciphering and translating what Serral was doing which is way different than the traditional format focusing on play by play and entertainment value (it's almost as if Lowko knows a thing or two about SC2?!). I’d say maybe do this on a very low frequency. Maybe 3 per month, one for each race. I’m sure it will largely depend how popular the videos are in comparison, but I would personally like to see some more of these.
Seeing the first person view of a top player is definitely enlightening, I really enjoy seeing how different players set up their hotkeys, camera locations, macro mechanics, etc. However, watching this versus a normal cast, this definitely induces greater mental fatigue.
When you paused the video it actually created an interesting respite. I think it would be cool to see you explore this a little further. Taking a step back to have the viewer question the position the player is in from their perspective, or explain what you see the player is doing mechanically, perhaps slowing or pausing like that in instances where players do something of particular note to better marvel at how quickly they might have accomplished a particular sequence of actions.

I love the first person view from the pros. I’ve seen winter do it for like 30 seconds on Maru. And I’m pretty sure he’s a machine to even see anything on the screens when he switches screens 25 times a second. These pros are super human it’s amazing.

This was really interesting as I've always wanted to know what the gameplay from a Pro Player looked like, one of these once in a while I think would be really cool for us and you as well Lowko, but you may have to do a few to get into the groove like you do with the normal casts.
    I really enjoy it

Yes please do more pov games. I am zerg main and seeing the hotkeys and how the player especially serral plays helps a lot. That's really cool that you got that. I would study those very closely if i got my hands on them.

I'm always up for different ways of experiencing StarCraft short of playing it. This was very fun

Personally I'd love to see Serral's games from his POV --- AND --- from the observers' as well.

This the best video yet. You get to actually see what the player is doing. I would really like to have analysis of big battles in games / decision points. Look at Player A's perspective and what they are doing. And then do the same from Player's B perspective. So you can really see what the top level players are doing.

1st person cam casting is great. get really appreciate the greatness of Serral.
Well done casting too. May do another one from the opponent's point of view for contrast? or maybe not.
    Good job!

7:10 "to make that educated guess". Brolylegs used this phrase and I like it quite a lot.
