Officially a fan. All the context and education you provide in the early game makes these much easier for old old people like me only familiar with SC1 to follow and appreciate
Agree👌 Played stc 2 when it came out and have not touched the game for 6+years and never touched multi-player. These vids that watched randomly has made it so easy to follow all three races when watching :) Keep up the great work lowko👌
You know Lowko, I just tried to watch someone else casting SC2 and I got to say, you're level of casting is so high, even with a one man production team, that I really can't watch anyone else do it. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Your casting, especially in 4K quality is really the only way to enjoy watching SC2 for me. So thanks!
Hey lowko, why no make a end of the year game contest where you highlight all the game of the year videos and we vote for it, maybe on twitch an it gets uploaded to UA-cam? That Way we can actually get a game of the year video review by your audience and you can send the players a chocolate medal for it or something for winning, thoughts?
I'll watch either way, but I do prefer you don't know the outcome in advance. Mainly because I'm constantly impressed at your ability to project what the players are about to do and I get a little extra dose of joy finding out whether your predictions will come true. AND I really enjoy your reactions when you're surprised.
Hey Lowko, I have watched your content for years now and it has helped me get through some hard things in life. I have recently gotten back into starcraft 2 and would like to know if you still offer coaching. I love you and your content!!! Have a nice day (I think. Idk what time it is where your at.)
could be fun to see matches where players can ban 1 unit, so you could ban lets say ghost :P would be fun to see what unit pro bans on each other and what effects that has on the game and it could remove whichever unit the pro's find the hardest to deal with for that race ^^ also kinda wanna see a late game ZvP/T where vipers isn't the game and ghost are not a thing. think it would be a far more entertaining game than usual
"I guess the only one who cares is me." I mean, I appreciate the differences that result from casting a game you haven't seen before. Knowing ahead of time can mean that you might subconsciously not hype a crazy battle as much if you know it doesn't actually result in much of a difference or you might subconsciously ignore interesting early game stuff if you know the game goes the distance. However (1) I think you're a good enough caster to overcome those issues and (2) I'd much rather watch a great game with slightly biased Lowko commentary than just not watching a great game.
I feel like when showtime took out all the extra bases of Clem, he could have just built his army up higher since he still had mining bases and if he just defended the gold rather than lose 10-20 supply by running away, he gets the win.
Not true!! I love it when you cast games you don’t know the outcome to, and I always prefer it ♥️ It feels more genuine somehow, and also feels like you get into the excitement of the moment with us more when none of us know what the outcome is going to be.
I think that going into Carriers was a mistake. They are bad against Marines as-is since the Marines just slaughter the drones, and he had already forced out Vikings thanks to the Colossi, so going into Carriers just gave the Vikings more value. I feel like sticking with the ground-based army and adding in High Templars and Warp Prisms would have been the correct choice. A few Phoenixes for harass and scouting is all I would have produced out of the Starport. But hey, I'm a REALLY high-rank Silver player, so I'm obviously an expert...
Generally I don't care if you know the outcome or not. But sometimes when you cast a game and miss something massive and then spend a minute being confused where all the army disappeared, then I wish you did know how that game went before casting.
xD i watch you for a long time Lowko. And i dont watch any other SC2 replays or casters.. i dont even play SC2 in first place lol I just like ur voice and casts ))
I love both you and Winter. Winter and Silver got married recently! There are definitely times where I like watching his cast and also your cast just to get your different reactions and different but recurring repertoire of jokes ^_^
if p could micro like Z you would see stalkers shooting while zealot is retreating and getting shot, first retreating the stalkers when zealots are not shot at.; and you would see stalkers blinking into get a lot of dmg whenever 2+ destro balls are thrown at them, getting free dmg every time ^^ but t and p suck at micro compared to z properly bc their a move strats are never nerfed, unlike every strat of z ;P
I hate, that clem did not just go for the kill at the Protoss main base, just power off those buildings killing the pylons would have been GG 10 min earlier
Thanks for uploading, what a banger. Video of the month or the year, rather. Anyhow!… bit of a cheeky comment by me. Id type more but i only have 2 hands
if P is blind its bc they fcked up, get oracles and you got 100% vision of enemy army almost permanently with only 3 orac, and unless you fk up you should never loes them from early to game finishes
Just because you asked: I don't really like watching games that you already know the outcomes of. There is something about sharing the suspension with the caster that appeals a lot to me. So I'm not gonna watch this one, but leave the feedback here. Great channel and great videos btw :)
LowKo I listen to you mostly because I got used to your voice, your casting style. I've listened to winter a few times now and he's fine, but like those gifted math guys he's got unusual mannerisms. I can't see you picking your nose while casting so were good bro
Incredible thumbnail, but this isn't even my best game this year that was when I beat Lowko in Raft
You can beat people In raft?
@@Fede.i.M. when youre as good at Raft as @WinterStarcraft you can
@@Fede.i.M. you can beat people anywhere, including in a raft. That's quit rude tho
Dude I was thinking the same thing... Like of all the epic moments, he choose THAT!??
Winter #1 Lowko #2

I only watch games of the year, so I watch about 1/3 of lowko videos, damn he knows his audience

I've been looking for this re-comment. )
20:38 Health is just a resource, one which you can use to your advantage
28:36 I love that disruptor ball coming out from behind the bushes XD

yeah we really need to start recoginizing the GOTY, it would be nice as a cast with the 3 best matches of the year.
Finally. I like the part of the year when 'game of the year' videos start to pop up :D
Something familiar about this... can't *quite* put my finger on it...
I've watched Harstem casting his own games, more than happy to watch you talk about a game you've already seen
It’s painful to watch those shields drop from the EMP😅
Even the Thumbnail.
Identical.
I have no idea what you're talking about
I'll watch either way, but I do prefer you don't know the outcome in advance. I haven't watched competitive SC in ages, and this map is absolutely gorgeous. It's new, right? Love the video!
As always, awesome content Lowko
What a game.
These guys make it look so easy.
That's why I like when Lowko reminds us, that if we try this at home, we're likely to lose horribly 😂

Never over if a DT is alive.
don't worry lowko, if you already know the replay you are less likely to miss stuff on the map and get roasted in the comment for missing them :)
Never doubt the Lowko blindness. He likes to blame it on reading stream chat, but it happens even when he isn't. Lol

Nice game, and as always, nice cast lowko👍
Finally been waiting all morning for this thank you so much lowko
great match
Dude i swear that is the same thumbnail that winter just used hahaha.
As long as you don’t spoil it, you can know who wins
I feel like when showtime took out all the extra bases of Clem, he could have just built his army up higher since he still had mining bases and if he just defended the gold rather than lose 10-20 supply by running away, he gets the win.

Great game indeed!! One of the best of the year really
Yep, I don't care if you have seen the match or not, I just like good games. Heck, it could even be a game from years ago, as long as it is good!
By the way, isn´t it better to not siege up the tanks when there´s already lots of enemy units close to your army/tanks?
name for this one. Run away and lose everything whole game.
I think that going into Carriers was a mistake. They are bad against Marines as-is since the Marines just slaughter the drones, and he had already forced out Vikings thanks to the Colossi, so going into Carriers just gave the Vikings more value.

I prefer you don't who's winning because it make your reaction more genuine. But ultimately it's no big deal if you know.
I don't think this beats your april 7th cast this year in terms of best game. But good vid as always :3
Thanks for uploading, what a banger. Video of the month or the year, rather. Anyhow!… bit of a cheeky comment by me. Id type more but i only have 2 hands
Absolutely unreal APM for Showtime. Has to be a bug. Nobody has 2k APM.
if P is blind its bc they fcked up, get oracles and you got 100% vision of enemy army almost permanently with only 3 orac, and unless you fk up you should never loes them from early to game finishes
IT annoys me that ShowTime at the end just keep feeding his army to Terran..
insaneeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor Winter if he would just stop the Dad jokes he would have 500K subs.
Fuck it!!!
For Aiur!!!!
Not that I could do any better, but I'd say there were way too many sloppy plays for this to be "GotY" though it was still a fun watch.
recasting a game you've already commentated is SC2 casting cheese and trolling lol
Yea I wouldnt worry about casting a game that you know the outcome of. I personally dont care about that at all, just interested in sc2 content.
True, we didn’t care. Just want to watch good starcraft game.
Showtime always tries to play macro should be called Slowtime
ghost have so much more value than dt it's ridiculous.
Hello and welcome my name is ** Lowko **
So... You voted against yourself on your own poll for that 0.05%?
What a bratwurst of a game!!
yet another game won singlehandedly by ghosts. I wonder how many years will take to make emp single target....
Instead of banger, please start saying "this game is absolutely potatoes 🥔"... bangers and mash!!!
Cast beating SERRAL with stupid stuff video of harstems ! :D
LowKo I listen to you mostly because I got used to your voice, your casting style. I've listened to winter a few times now and he's fine, but like those gifted math guys he's got unusual mannerisms. I can't see you picking your nose while casting so were good bro
maybe i watch too much gsl but how in the world would anyone call that "game of the year"?
bruh... why spoil the outcome 2 min into it? You casted it? Oh, ok))
Great game? Yes. Game of the Year? Nah.
Game of the year for this ? Really ?
FRIST
Come on lowko, don't use that dumb cliche title just reviews! Your viewers know what you're doing
first
Bruuuuuuuuuuuuuh
@@MemoriaChan i was close
It is a good game, but game of the year? No. Definitely no. Literally zero unique moves or amazing micro moments.
stop with this game of the year crap. Just stop with the click bait.
not the "game of the year"
A bullshit game. Will stop watching you if you continue to recommend such lousy games...
