*Ingredients:-*
one quantity of fried rice - these have my lup cheong fried rice in them, recipe found here
• Lup Cheong Fried Rice ...
spring roll wrappers
cooking oil
beaten egg
*Method:-*
1. Remove spring roll wrappers one at a time.
2. Beat one egg in a bowl
3. Place some of the fried rice on the wrapper and roll as shown in video.
4. Seal with beaten egg
5. Deep fry
6. Sit back and enjoy ... the flavour ... the crunch ... the many compliments !!!
