    Suggestion:
    * Approximately 150 grams of fish per person.
    * You can use 50/50 all purpose flour and rice flour.
    * You can use any kind of white fish (cod, haddock, or pollock).
    * You can use cold beer or water
    Ingredients:
    Fish:
    4 fillets of white fish (such as cod, haddock, or pollock)
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 cup rice flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
    1 cup cold beer (lager works well)
    Vegetable oil for frying
    Aioli:
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1-2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
