Eco rubber my hero!! I live in the west coast and rain and wind will show you all the leaking problems. With eco rubber this is king here no leaks. Note!! no leaks.
Salut j'ai bien aimé le boulot et je veux bien avoir plus informations sur le produit et comment obtenir car j'ai déjà eu a utiliser le système d'étanchéité S.E.L
In south africa its available in most hardware stores. I'm not sure how available it is internationally. But there are other similar products, just search for rubber paint online on amazon, plenty to choose from.
I like to know it's a good one for IBR metal roof sheets and how many coats, or if any prior treatment is needed
Ideally you should treat the ibr with a galvanised iron primer first. But if you are just patching up some leaks, you can just paint it on directly.

Does one need to apply a basecoat/primer on a fairly new (18 months) corrugated zink roof? I am trying to be proactive and prevent future rust.
It is advisable to use a primer, like Duram NS6 for example. Every bit helps slow the inevitable.
