Is "polymeric sand" similar to "modified thinset mortar", which I think is Portland Cement with fine sand and some type of polymer (like latex paint) which air dries after becoming "activated" with water. The cement undergoes a chemical reaction with water. Perhaps similar, but this has coarser sand and perhaps no Portland Cement?
I plan on using Surebond 8700 wet look, I assume I can just a garden sprayer. I'm super pissed off, this happened only months after they did this and tried to fix it again! Both times still problems. I need to fix where these contractors failed: ua-cam.com/video/xm8h2ZUq88A/v-deo.html so figured I'd just fix this myself since they can't seem to do it right even coming out a second time in the shady area of my patio. I assume I can take the sand out here, refill it, then spray this on the cracks

How long after can we seal?
@@jacqal9922 24 - 48 hours afterwards for PolySweep. As long as the surface is completely dry.

I have several bags left over from a previous job from 3 years ago, could I use them? They've been stored in a heated garage all this time.
If it’s sealed up and dry, you should be good
what tool do you recommend to remove old sand?
