Kind of a sleeper imo, the 2grfe is a pretty great engine
It burns oil, but runs beautifully other then that. She saved me lots of money other cars didn't. So I'm able to save and travel more.
Any issues other than oil burn like valves covers and catalytic converters i have the same 07
@@issavibez394 nope in my 3yrs I only changed tires, battery and brakes. Regular maintenance stuff.

My 07 has 252k miles on it still strong as ever

How’d you get the VLAND sequential lights to work
actually begging a build for the same car haha so far i got wheels, next are cx racing coilovers, 2010 front end, and a nrg quick release steering wheel
I recently started doing my own oil changes and just last week did a transmission fluid change with Amsoil... Now the 08' Camry glides through the road so smoothly. I wish to find a ornament cap for the front grill as mine was stolen...Kinda want to make or find just a oval cap and stick it in. Not sure how to modify the appearance as mine is champagne color...I think putting black accents should look alright. Might just debadge the rest of the emblems or make them black.
I still like this body style alot and even the 2012 models

my 2007 camry LE 2.4L burns 1 quart of oil every 300 miles. 233,550 miles on the dash.
That's a common problem with the 2007-10 models there's a way to fix it but I can't remember i read up on it a little while ago on something like the pros and cons of the camry
@@koleh3282 It's the pistons in the car. I was going to buy a 2009 and THANKFULLY I didn't. I spend 7K more for a 2012 Camry. soooo worth it. Rides like a champ and it's so smooth and more comfy. No oil issues. Glad I made the right decisions and didn't fuck up and get the 2007-2009 Camry years

I have a 2011 XV40 Camry with the 2.5 (better than the 2.4) and the 6 speed. If the rings ever go in this one I hope it gets an AR (2.5) swap!

could you ask the owner if he switched the bumper with a 2010 bumper in order to make the lights fit ?
I was thinking the same thing, but it looks like he stayed with the older style bumper (2007-2009) just by the shape of the bumper by the fog lights. Maybe he did some modification for those lights to fit. They should really make that style for the 2007-2009 model years.
@@space8495 do you know why the lights wouldn’t fit on the older bumper? as in whats the difference between the 07 and 10 bumper?
@@nathanpowell8810 the 2010-11 model year lights have a little bump toward the bottom that points to the grille. 07-09 is smooth all the way. try searching up both of them and look at it side to side, youll see what i mean. i find that the updated design is more boxy than the original.

@@CookEmOzzy There's actually Turbo kits available for the 2AZ-FE I'm lowered on BC Racing Coilovers Extreme drop kit. Get yourself a set of affordable Aftermarket wheels and tires, an aftermarket muffler and delete the resonator for a deeper sound. Your Camry will look modified with an Exhaust, Wheels and Coilovers. Those are the first mods every car person does, I usually start off with tinting my Windows all around then do and Exhaust. Get a pair of Black housing Headlights assembly and LED taillight assembly with LED bulbs, you can also keep the engine N/A with just a Cold Air intake, Aftermarket header, a Front strut bar. Paint the Valve cover and install an oil catch can, Aluminum radiator and silicone hoses. Your engine will look nicely dressed up.
