Great couple! I really needed to look at this video. My husband and I have been married for 4 years and been together for 6.... we have 3 kids with one on the way and it seems that I’ve lost my romantic/flirty side. It’s been gone for a few years now. I’m needing to get that spark back inside of me. Watching you guys are an inspiration!
I really enjoy your videos, they are authentic, natural and encouraging! Coming from a background of trauma it has been a struggle to determine a "normal" measure for flirting, reading Dr. Leman gives great conversation starters, behavioral reasoning behind the actions but you two give hope. Hearing that you have been together for 27 years, watching you two laughing and seeing the love between you is inspiring! Thanks for a great video.
Thanks so much for the kind words. Yes there is lots of hope for you. Work on yourself and you’ll attract the prefect person for you. Check out HeathandTracy.com and our podcast “Joyfully Married After” on Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Stitcher and Spotify. Thanks for watching!
We came across you guys as we were looking to move to N.C. in a video y'all made and we have enjoyed the videos we have since saw. Thank you and we look forward to more great ways to help our relationship grow and strengthen. Take care.

You are sooo welcome! It took us awhile to figure this one out too. But it is a MUST! Try new things EVERYDAY, that’s something else couples forget. Thanks for watching!
I agree. We have been married going on 7 years now and I badly struggle with complimenting/flirting with my husband. Not because I'm not attracted to him, but I was raised with the mindset of men are not suppose to show emotion (dad was military). It's hard to break out of that mindset to meet my husband's emotional needs.
+Suzanne O'Shea you are most welcome! Did you check out our podcast yet? Joyfully Married After on ITunes, Google Play and Stitcher. Would love a review! Thank you!
Great video! I've been looking up videos on how to flirt with my husband and you guys seem so authentic! All the other videos on flirting seemed cheesy, forced and in some cases manipulative. You guys demonstrate keeping that spark in a tangible way! thanks!
Katie, we really appreciate your kind words. Yes, we've been into each other for a long time and we are going strong! We love to flirt and it's very genuine, so you are picking up on our personalities exactly. Love birds since we met in 1988...
HeathandTracyTV that's awesome! You seem like a fun couple. My husband and I have been married 6 years. He's more of a flirt than me, and I need help reciprocating sometimes. He's a real jokester and I'm not nearly as quick witted with a comeback. But can definitely take some tips from you guys and make up for it in other areas. God bless!
+Katie Conley awesomeness! Maybe you'd enjoy our brand new ebook. We haven't even announced it yet. It's an easy read and you might pick up a thing or two there. It's very inexpensive at heathandtracy.com. Great weekend! Thanks again. -H
Love this video! Been with hubby for 13 years now, and recently discovered that hubby wants me to show more interest and flirt. Found that I’ve forgotten how! Thank you!
Y’all are so adorable! We’ve known each other since 1985, together 31 yrs, & married 29 yrs this month. ALL of this is GOLD! Dead on. 💛

Just do it! Once you start, you won’t stop!
HeathandTracyTV I think it’s a self-confidence thing.
Yep you have to practice. Self acceptance is key. He accepts you, so why shouldn’t you accept yourself?
