Malthus and Abortion Rights

The Maine House of Reps. held hearings Jan. 22nd on LD780, a bill to codify abortion into the state constitution. I got out the TLO leaflet on turning swords into plowshares and brought up the racist roots of eugenics and family planning.

It's telling when a legislator pushes something like this and is clueless about the history.
