Puerto Varas de Chile is an amazing city, also loved Puerto Natales a lot. Viña del Mar en Chile is a great city, too. But a little bit cold in winter :)
@user-gm8uc9fe4p sounds fun! We’ve only been to Puerto Natales, even though Chile is a very beautiful country, to be honest we tried to leave as soon as possible because it was a bit expensive there😅next time!
New Subscriber... I appreciate the information...great job looks like a incredible trip...saw a few other of your videos for South America May go to South America for 2 months in July/August...even though it can be cold in parts.
Only been to Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay. And no football when I was there, but my nr 1 Buenos Aires. Its an great mix of Paris and New York. For its museums Bogota nr 2 Surprised that Montevideo makes in to your top 10
We did think that Buenos Aires looks a lot like Paris too 😊 we thought Montevideo was quite lovely and Mark’s football crazy so visiting that stadium has been a big dream of his 😊
thank you for an amazing video! travelling Sur right now, was hesitant about Colombia and Brazil, but at the same time really want to go there! any safety issues you met along the way, or is it all OK if you're just smart and careful?
Thank you for the comment! Oh it’s really fine, don’t worry, you can watch our Rio video where we talk about safety, but as you said, you just should be smart and careful☺️enjoy your travels!
What’s the best city and country to visit as a first time non-Spanish-speaking solo traveler from America, Caucasian male in is early 50s. I’m thinking possibly Lima or Santiago and Buenos Aires.
First, realize America is one continent "NOT" a country. So when you visit, you're still in American. We are Americas als, and the language spoken is really called Castellano. You can start in Ecuador, they use the dollar and will be less stressful for the first time. Happy travels. To people that speak 🤬 Spanish, don't dumb people down call that language correctly, CASTELLANO!
@@puttytat007 putty… I seriously doubt the majority of people care or want to express support for “ Castellano “ in fact, I don’t know why you’re emphasizing it so much. I can only think of maybe the people in Spain that want to speak their local dialect in and around Barcelona( Catalan )as far as Latin American is concerned it’s simply Spanish
@@jamesmack3314 Americo Vespucio only explored South America. He never set foot in the United States. It's OK if you want to appreciate South America's history, but Americo wouldn't care.
Hi lads, what month were ye at each country? We are planning Ecuador in January and then flying to Brazil and looping from Rio De Janeiro back up to finish in Peru. So hitting alot of wet season Jan - march. Did ye get alot of rain?
Hi, we started in Rio in November and finished in Colombia in April. So we were in Ecuador in February-March and it was pretty rainy/cloudy at most of the attractions we visited, but we still really enjoyed it😊at all other places it wasn’t too bad as we were visiting during the peak season or the beginning of a rainy season... Just try to embrace it or spend more time at certain places you really want to visit to make sure you get good weather. Rio de Janeiro is super dangerous! I congratulate you for daring to go there! My number one is Buenos Aires.
Have you been to Rio?
Really nice video. I was expecting Lima or Cusco to be there, nevertheless amazing content.

Did it make into our top 10😊
