I Lost my grandpa to suicide. He was the only father figure I cared to have. My dad moved away to drink is life away. Losing my grandpa I really felt lost, guilt, regret, like a failure for not doing good enough to keep my grandpa from committing suicide. I listened to this song over and over the night before a retreat I went on which I was reborn at. It helped me cry instead of burying my sorrow. Its a staple song for me now. Not to mention I've been a pod fan since 1995. Love you guys!

I'm seeing more and more God's laws are not to keep me from having fun in life, they are to keep me from experiencing great sorrow and problems. I know that, because I have broken almost every one of his commandments in action or thought and have suffered greatly because of my sins, but He has forgiven me and given me a chance to bounce back from my mistakes in life with a new understanding of His wisdom. I am highly blessed in my life because of Gods grace, and I pray I remain in his grace because I truly need Him. We all need Him. If you're hopeless and struggling, pray hard. That saying is just another way of making things more complicated than they should be. What you are is just an effect of things experienced by you. If those experiences gave you belief that you can do something about your life - you'll have that belief and maybe act upon it. If they "showed" you that you can't do something you'll believe that you can't. Those people are not less man, they just have different beliefs. But when they hear "be a man" that isn't motivating, it's just making them think even less about themselves.
