1. LOVE BOMBING
Love bombing is that big, seductive, exciting experience that happens early in a relationship.
2. DEVALUING
Devaluing is characterized by invalidation, little digs.
3. THE DISCARD
The discard is not always a break up. Is where they won't speak to you for two weeks.
4. HOOVERING
Hoovering is when the narcissist tries to suck you back in. They don't like to lose.
5. FUTURE FAKING
Future faking is: As soon as this deadline is done, we're going to or I'm going to get therapy.
Let's just put it off for another six months for sure. I'm going to do it. Then they keep moving the goals.We're going to have kids. Yeah, for sure.
