I have the allseasons, I am still slightly nervous how it will be in snow from traction, not really because of the weight but very curious because all the videos out there from last winter were all terrains... I got the all seasons for extra range, which should be fine tbh.. I will make a video once I find out how it is on a legit snow day here in Chicago.
Driving one for the last week in the snow in Edmonton and impressed as well. The balance of the vehicle weight, digitally controlled, dual motors, regen, tires, adjustable suspension, etc. all combine to work well in snow. Thinking of getting the winter tires more for ice and stopping. Also, really liking the cabin temperature and heating, will go from -20 to +20 in a few minutes.
I noticed the same thing while driving and wasn't sure myself... Sometimes it stopped at the bottom and other times it went back to the correct position
When it "thinks" it's raining, it positions itself there so that when it wipes, it wipes the accumulated water up and away from the horizontal position vs. wiping water down from the vertical position, which just ends up blowing right back up on the windshield from the driving wind speed.
Driving up that hill you were passing front wheel drive vehicles, all the 4 wd were the same traction as u. Perhaps the first drive in a 4WD? Those tires are not the 3PMS winter rated tires. With a vehicle of that weight M and S tires will be ok in dry snow but slip on ice. Winter tires are recommended for this climate. Re 4WD controls , beyond ridiculous to go in to sub menus to find different modes. Truck is a novelty and likely fun to drive but for a third of the cost u can get better 4wd vehicle and for much much less a Ford lightening .
@ please re-read my question. Obviously it didn’t die..how fast did the battery go down, is what I was asking. That’s is all electric vehicles biggest downfall.
Been driving a model 3 in Calgary for 6 years now. At -40° I get about 50% less battery but I charge every night at my apartment anyway so it’s never been a problem. Also it’s not -40° for more than a few weeks anyway.
it could be the greatest vehicle in the snow but, it's also the ugliest. One of my best friends has one, and I'm embarrassed every time I have to sit in it. it might be the ugliest vehicle ever the plague our streets.
It’s so ugly, it’s the third best selling EV in the US. Apparently, there is a large customer base that happens to love ugly trucks, or, maybe it’s not ugly and reflects your judgement of what looks aesthetic and modern.
😂 when you can't afford to ever drive one. Simple jack. This is the best truck ever. It's like driving a big supper sports car. You will never understand. 😂

Is this the Cybertruck AWD or Cyberbeast? If Cyberbeast were you using no - slip or just casual settings?>
Why does your huge wiper stop under the windshield instead of standing upright on the left?I mean when it‘s in action.

$148,000
@@IMCARS $148k Canadian or freedom dollars? And how much is your insurance?
Put some Goodyear Duratracs on there and it will be unstoppable.

Why’s the snow pilling up on the driver-side window
That’s how things go in winter in Canada
A beast for sure. Love it
what about tires
it's a real Rolex?
Umm - why did you have to use a keycard to get into your Cybertruck? I just use my iPhone as the key with the Tesla app in my pocket.
Because it's not his truck I suppose!
cybersnow
Great nickname@
VERY GOOD.... NICE N HEAVY
Wow it didn’t get stuck where the Nissan Micro did.
Pretty good truck.
It was pretty impressive!
Dude, all you need are winter tires. Haha CT is a joke
hard to stop 7000 lbs if sliding in snow or ice
Way better then a super light car- I've had no issues!
But how fast did the battery die in that weather? I noticed you had it plugged in every time you were not in it.
It didn’t die and I literally had it plugged in once lol
@ please re-read my question.

I think i saw u haha
Probably! Thanks!

Kiss your batterie goodbye in the 🥶 cold

It seemed surprisingly good for range in the super cold; but I'm sure it is affected.
Kiss your gas engine goodbye in the 🥶 cold
At least it is good for something!😅
🤮🤮🤮🤮

@@wydryfly no, it's objectively ugly. even it's fanboys know that. They can pretend otherwise, but they definitely know the truth.
Get well soon…
Just because you can't afford this truck, don't hate on those who can. You'll get there some day keep your head up.
