The plaintiff spent all of this time consoling her friend over his b.s. and now he's back. He also felt the need to reassert himself and push the plaintiff to the side. The wife probably had less time for the plaintiff and then they weren't paying on time. The plaintiff felt unappreciated and discarded. The husband was in his wife's ear about them being petty. It really is hard to get a job in a bad economy, I think this is sort of sexist because people just plain do not expect the woman to be the bread winner and expect the man to. So what if the woman is the worker, and he's the stay at home parent? It has been the reverse for so long. If women really want equality, they have to eliminate ALL sexist thinking, not just the ones that give them a benefit. Get rid of alimony, have women volunteer to take on jobs are hazardous to people's health but necessary, like men do.
