I would have awarded on the harassment. You can't call and email someone and tell them you know where their family is and that you've contacted their exes and you aren't going to let them get away with what they're doing. That's mobster shit. If not for the defendant, then to teach the Plaintiff that that's not okay. If this is the case we've heard of, imagine how many other people he's acted like this with. And he's telling the defendant HE'S the one who should be in jail? It feels like the other way around to me.

  • @RoughRaiders13

It's blatantly obvious he took the motorcycle to a crooked mechanic. The mechanic blamed the previous owner to fool the plaintiff into shelling out thousands for a repair. The plaintiff is ignorant. He's ignorant because he didn't bother to get the bike checked out before he bought it. And he's also ignorant for taking the word of a mechanic he's never met before. The plaintiff is the cause of all their own problems. You can't glue anything in an engine. So stupid.

It’s very hard to collect for defamation in any court because someone talking smack or having a very negative opinion about you is not defamatory. We have freedom of speech. Also giving someone other peoples phone numbers is not illegal either nor is it illegal to call someone’s mom looking for them. The mother would have to tell him not to call, he’s have to keep calling then she’d have to file a police report. Come on people!!! Way h more judge Judy and judge milian 😂😅😊🎉

A mechanical inspection is considered a form of INSURANCE. You're covering your ass " just in case " something is wrong with the item. We all buy insurance for the expensive things we own because we're not rich enough to just take a big financial hit and keep going. If there's nothing wrong with the item, then maybe you're out 100 bucks but you've got the peace of mind knowing the exact mechanical condition of your item. If there was something expensive that needed a lot of money to fix, then it's not your problem, you dodged a bullet. You could also negotiate a warranty with a seller, that works if the seller agrees but otherwise don't trust the condition of any machine, get an expert's opinion.
