Poor thing, the worst part of having chronic pain is that sometimes people do not believe you, like you are making an excuse not to do something, and that is the worst thing ever

You know I couldn’t agree more, especially judging off of body language. I psychiatrist told me about a study when I was younger that over 90% of people’s interpreted language comes from body language and their tone of voice. I believe him for sure lol though after thinking about it differently I’ve concluded it can be in our heads... & that this person I’m telling about my pain (or something diabetic related) isn’t even thinking about it that way or the same thing we are thinking or we might be interpreting it incorrectly. Not even close at times...I think that’s the fear aspect of self-Conscience/insecure/embarrassed part of whatever issue manifesting itself into some more grand then it really is 🤔

That’s exactly what I’m going through now with my family. I have severe neck pain and issues with restrictive motion when I turn my head, everyday it gets worse and worse, I try to tell everyone it’s getting bad, but they just act like I’m making excuses or exaggerating. I’m 34, when I was 24 weeks pregnant with my daughter I got in a car accident. It was rainy and dark, they had me get out of my car, they told me to step over the rail so I wouldn’t get hit (they being good guys that stopped to help) I stepped over and fell 50 feet off the bridge overpass. By some miracle I lived and managed to stay pregnant until I was 30 weeks. I broke all my ribs on left side, pelvis shattered, hip on left side was destroyed, and the cherry on top was a TBI. I look normal, other than a messed up gait. I was 18 when it happened. Doctors always dismiss me and the pain I’m in all day, everyday. It’s hell, they throw pillls at you instead of accessing all the issues. I want to go to Florida and see if this amazing Dr. Could help.

Dr. Brenda is so right! I had an accident many years ago that broke both of my legs and I had to learn to walk again. The way I did was watching babies walk. She was a good sport. You do feel silly when something looks easy but it isn't. She is such a sweet girl. Wishing her the best, and more great treatments in the future. She has had a lot of years for the pattern to set in, but luckily she is young and I think her body will respond well. She looks like she's in good shape despite being in so much pain.

Had a few massages as an adult and tell the massage person to go as deep as they want. It hurts, but for some reason you want them to continue. It’s gloriously painful, if that makes sense.

Honestly related to her so much. I've had back, hip, and neck pain for all of my adolescence. It's not terrible (like, a 3 or 4/10), and it hasn't really gotten worse so I haven't seen a doctor about it, but it's constantly there. I feel like I would let a chiropractor give me any pain if it would sort my joints out.

"I can't remember the last time I was pain free." I felt that.
I've had chronic pain basically everywhere. Mostly on my back. And now horrible chronic headaches since February of this year.
My pains have been since childhood. I went to the doctor so much for it that eventually I was told to go to a psychiatrist since I could just be imagining the pain.

Look up mikala Peterson, may not have spellings correct. Anyway, my daughter is a pain patient. Anyway, she started the meat diet on Monday, as of Friday, she says no she has no hip pain, feet and legs less pain. And, has lost 6 pounds over 1pound per day. Truely amazing🤗🤯

@@RBrown-zl6wo I've heard of that before, well of that diet.
I've done some diets, no meats, no salty foods(since too much salt causes swelling), and no caffeine. Did nothing aside from keeping me hungry. Also did some unwanted diets because of my teeth, three works without food, just liquids.
But that's great that you're daughter is feeling better! That's really good.

Q: I can pop my back by taking deep breaths, is it time to go to a chiropractor?
Q2: Have you ever seen an ex all star cheerleader, specifically a flyer (the person held in the air)?
Back story: I pop my back, neck, and hips probably 4-5 times a day. I can pop my elbows, 2knuckles on each finger, thumbs, my ankles and toes. I was an all star cheerleader and gymnast since I was 5 and I am now 19. I quit about two years ago. I have scoliosis as well but if you would like to have an idea or what an all star cheerleader flyer did you can google “all star cheer needle” or “all star cheer flyer positions” or “all star cheer stunts level 5” and you’ll see the insane stuff we did with our bodies for years. I never broke a bone but I have hurt myself to the point of getting MRI’s and 3 concussions before the age of 17. I have been thinking about flying to Orlando to see you because my General Practitioner doesn’t believe me and I am in pain all the time but it’s hard to get any older doctor to take a “teenage girl” seriously. Sorry for rant but wondering if you have ever seen an ex all star cheerleader flyer before because it was always a joke by the age of 20 our bodies are aged like a grandma but now about to be 20 it is more true by the day. Thank you for reading.

General practitioners are the worst when it comes to physical pain, I have problems getting help from them as well, going straight to a chiropractor plus a proper massage therapist is the way to go.

Great video! Proof positive of why we need standardized and universal health care; and that includes things like massage, and basic chiro care. And i too get the small town comments, reliable physicians are a tank of has away.
Rural towns are chock full of people just toughing it out.

I so wish I could find a chiro like you here in Houston!
I had pain for years also and no one took me seriously because I was in my early 20s and they didn't think anything could be wrong. I'm 31 and I had a spinal fusion about 5 months ago and it was the best decision for me. I had a pars defect and grade 3 unstable Spondylolisthesis. Now that I'm feeling so much better I want to start looking for chiropractic care again but I can't find anything like Dr. Mondragon that does similar things as she does.

If I had a nickel for every time someone said to me "Your too young!" In response to a medical/physical problem. Like that doesn't negate the fact that I'm in pain...just because I shouldn't be.... I've been told my left SIJ doesn't move and my right is too loose. I have pain all the way up and down the right side of my body. I have scoliosis. My right shoulder blade scapula area has constant pain. My lower back...and most of my back muscles....are constantly tight. My butt muscles as well. I have numbness and tingling in my TFL sometimes. I get tension headaches...usually on the right...from my neck and upper back muscles.

i’ve had this issues since i was in middle school. pain constantly everyday and i can barely lift things without pulling something in my lower back. i’m only 17 years old and i wake up with back pain. just two days ago i lifted on a box of kitty litter and my back is done lol. it makes working and even bending down harder for me. i did fall and break my tail bone when i was about 10 so i’d say it could be from that but i’m not a doctor and i believe it will never go away. even though i’m used to it some days are harder than others and some days i will go with absolutely no pain but it’s rare.
