- We have HUGE NEWS! Click here: bit.ly/tangentswithtylerandtodd for our BRAND NEW WEEKLY SHOW, Tangents with Tyler and Todd, airing EVERY Wednesday!
Is living off grid hard? Why did we build a Geodesic Dome? Are we having kids? We're answering all your juicy questions about life and building our homestead that is completely off the grid! Sitting down for a Q&A and reflecting back on how we got here on our a mission to build a fully sustainable, off the grid homestead was a lot of fun...see you on Wednesday for part 2!
When we first set out on building our cabin, we had planned on doing a traditional a-frame style cottage but as time went on and we did our homework we realized that if we carefully planned things we could build a cabin that won't just last our lifetime but generations to come. The more we learned about what it truly means to live off grid and be self-sufficient, we quickly realized the importance of building a homestead...for those of you who don't know (because we definitely didn't), a homestead is a property with several outbuildings that all provide a separate purpose for the goal self sufficiency! We knew from the beginning that we wanted the independence that having a homestead gave us but weren't interested in roughing it off the grid like a typical log cabin you're used to seeing! So we dreamt up a modern twist on cabin life that will fit our needs and after all these days dreaming, it's FINALLY happening and we can't wait to bring you along for the ride! #homestead #offgrid #vanlife
Join us every Sunday as we continue to create off the grid homestead vlogs, sharing our adventures as we build our own alternative lifestyle, living simply in the wild wonderful off grid forest!

How did we get here?
After a year of full time travel living the van life, we had to adapt when the world changed. To keep busy we’ve converted our tiny house on wheels into a fully functioning off grid tiny house that has everything we need. Realizing that none of us know how long this new normal will stick around, we made the decision that building a home here was the best decision we could make. We've spent the last year doing EVERYTHING involved with coordinating and planning the build ourselves as well as setting up this off grid property to be able to provide us with the the food we'll need in the future.
Throwing in the towel on work this week and spending the afternoon with you was such a wonderful decision...we've been going 100 miles an hour lately and not appreciating everything we’ve accomplished. I think it’s easy when you’re deep in it to not only forget how far you’ve come but where you’re going in the first place. Thank you for sending in these questions and allowing us to ramble and reflect on the last two years…what’s the verdict? See you Wednesday?? 🤔 EDIT: There have been a lot of unhappy comments about our pragmatic view on "The One" and we just wanted to clarify something: this is REAL life, not Heartstopper, Love Victor, or any other relationship fairytale. Life is messy and and people are complicated...we both want and HOPE that we'll be together forever but the entire point of that conversation was that IF for some reason it doesn't last (again, we don't think that will ever happen), it doesn't change that it was beautiful💛
Yes I would love to see you on wednesday! These nearly 24 minutes literally flew by like nothing...
@@GiyuuTomioka25 aw really?! I was like omg this is SO long I didn't want you to have to sit through all 45 mins in one sitting!!
You guys are adorable!!
Yes please!! Something to look forward on Wednesdays too!
I think you two would be wonderful as parents. Can you imagine teaching children everything you have learned and showing them so much love!💕💕
I think a walking tour of the property would be a great idea. Would love it 🇮🇪
Wish granted 🌟
Yep
Yes, would love to see a walking tour of your Beautiful Homestead 💯
🖐🖐🖐 same here!!👍👍❤
Count me in. At whatever speed.
My vote is hell yes for a Wednesday or all Wednesdays. Love you both. I just never tire of seeing you both.
So glad to hear that Claudette...see you Wednesday!
I agree
Ditto!
agreed.. HELLL YESSSS!!! Today's video was just purrfect.. I would adore Tyler and Todd letting us enjoy them, twice a week!
yes
Maybe it is silly, but this 63 year old frequently tears up watching you two and the "kids". They are, however, certainly happy tears. This Q&A was so wonderful. You just touch my heart with the love you have for each other. My partner and I were together 13 years before he passed away in 1997. I see a little of us in you two in how you treat each other. One of the things I appreciate most about the Internet is the ability to connect with incredible people like your sweet family. You provide so much happiness and on occasional a tear or two as you share your journey. My life is certainly better for having found your channel. Hugs to you all.
💚
Well I’m not crying. You’re crying.
I lost my husband of 23 years suddenly, no warning at all, in 2006. Being youngish still, I remarried 5 years ago to the absolute love of my life which I never thought would happen. We have been together 12 years. Being in our 60s too, life is good. I'm happy you have good memories & hope you have love in your life. Hugzzzzzzz
I just found you two last week while bored to tears one night. I’m in love, you two are the silliest, goofiest sweetest guys I’ve ever seen !! I have cousins Brad and Kevin who also fit the description and I love them to death. To be able to come along while you build your dreams and watch you being yourselves is amazing. You don’t put on airs and act like the cameras not even on. I’ve got a lot of videos to watch to catch up, but I’ve got nothing else to do. Im a 73 year old widow from Ohio. I have one daughter, 2 grandsons, and 4 great grandchildren. You put a smile on my face , a giggle in my voice and love in my heart. Keep up the great work, and be careful in this heatwave. Stay safe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
At 73, with gimpy knees and iffy health, I feel like I can’t do what you do. However, you provide such wonderful fodder for my imagination and fantasy that I could possibly do what you are. You are bringing out my dreams, making me happy, making me laugh and feel young again. I simply adore you both.
Thanks for this Patricia. Means the world 😢
This is such is such a sweet comment. I love it so much. 🥺♥️
Me too..a olddy but goodie..I feel like they are my boys
I know the feeling. When I was their age I was similarly engaged: Buildng businesses, renovating historical homes. I feel like a seagate grandpa cheering the boys on.
@@g.elliott4789 perhaps we should adopt them and become their honorary grandparent cheering team!
I live a very fast paced life as a wife, mom and a nurse practitioner and although I would love to live a similar life to the paradise you two have made together, it’s just not in the cards for me. However, watching your videos brings such a sense of calm after a hectic work week that I feel I’m living vicariously through the both of you. Keep up the amazing work boys, you can’t imagine the happiness you bring to others. As a member of your “Off Grid Gang”, I send my love from a far. ❤️
Hectic as a nurse? lol
I loved this Q&A! What I like about you two is I never feel like you are “performing” in your Vlogs. I believe that what I see is what I would get if I was standing right beside you. You live your life on your terms with no excuses or apologies and I applaud you for that. A continuation of the Q&A would be fun! I can only imagine the work that goes into making these videos so adding a Wednesday video would be entirely up to you! Take care guys! See you Sunday! Much love and big hugs!
On the Wednesday question: Yes!!!! Not to be total fan girl about it, but I really start missing you guys midweek. You remind me that even in the midst of the insanity in the US right now, I can truly create the world I want to live in. Youi embody the truth of "Be the change you wish to see in the world."
I LOVE your answers to ‘The One’ question. I lost my husbear to cancer and if I believed in ‘The One’ nonsense I’d have switched out the lights. Do I miss him? Yes! Did I go insane with grief? Yes! But life HAS to go on. And great stuff still happens. Life is a tapestry full of colours dark and light, it’s not a snapshot frozen in time.
The one thing I adore about you guys...no matter the situation you always find some humor, whether it's a truly funny moment or just a bawdy joke. It invigorates me for the week. Seriously you guys should go into life-coaching. You're videos have helped me bolster my mental health in so many ways - both of you are blessings for the world.
At a time when many others are experiencing burnout and resorting to shorts, your quality lasers through. Thank you.
I loved the Q & A, and your pure honesty about “The One”. Life is not all rainbows and unicorns, but you two sure make it look perfect. I love this journey you two are on. Hooked on your videos.
I agree we go by “the one I have chosen”I love how open they are an the connection they have an share with us with the ups an downs 👍🏽
Perfectly said! Spot on.
My late husband and I were together for 56 1/2 years. You two are a treasure!
56.5 yrs? Wow. That's amazing
Hi T&T, I thought your Q&A was brilliant. Some points:
1. ‘The One’ answer was thoughtful, honest and showed how much you trust one-another to speak it out aloud unrehearsed. You were both vulnerable then and were ok to show it to each other.
2. As an outsider if one had to rank, I’d say that you are bffs first, then lovers. The kind of camaraderie you show, and I say camaraderie and *not* intimacy, because that’s what it is: effortless, artless joy in each other’s company; this camaraderie is so palpable that it brings lots of joy to us too. I’m inevitably in a good mood after watching you two.
3. As a researcher in off-grid living, I’m impressed by your sound planning, and practical approach. There are many technical questions that I have but I’ll send them later next year. Hopefully you’ll respond to them.
All the best. Lots of love and best wishes to you both.
Cheers!
Pat
Great comment, cheers to all of it!
@@ihogenhuis960 thanks! 🙂
Yes! See you Wednesday, this was great you two. Totally hear ya on “the one”. Life can change , people can change…it happens. You two make a great team though so keep up the hard work of staying connected and supportive of each other, you both deserve it.
A walking tour? Heck yes!! That would be great.
Good to know!!!
"You're moving solid through a propeller." You meant: When the sh*t hits the fan? "You can't control it so you may as well role with it." PART 2: Yes please.
LOL exactly, SHTF!!! 😂
Always remember, there are a million dreams out there and although losing your original dream is absolutely gut wrenching, the new one will be even better, promise. You two honestly are loving your every day of your life, and that’s what life is. You would probably enjoy the vids from “ mossy bottom “ it’s from a guy living off grid in Ireland. Heaps of good ideas and thoughts, especially around the garden and animals. Love from Australia!
Yes please on Wednesday videos every Wednesday. My partner and I can never get enough you y’all
YES! An estate tour would be great. You guys are my heroes and great role models.
So much love to you TJ xoxox
Greetings from Chiapas, México. Yes! Same here! I'd love a property tour
You gentlemen are truly rich in the things that matter. I wish you many happy years together
I think you two are a wonderful example of a healthy relationship between two adults. I call y’all (yes I’m from Texas) the boys. I just love you both and your work ethic is beyond belief!!
I love you two sitting in the water talking to us. Chillin'.
The best Q+A yet! So relaxing sitting there in the river! I would love a walk-around tour of your property. The drone shots help get a sense of what's where, but walking through it gives a better sense of scale. And I'm hoping you put Part 2 on a Wednesday video.
I really love what you said about "the one." People get hung up on that and it's not healthy. It puts a lot on the other person and the relationship as a whole. And then if a relationship ends (whether poorly or just because those involved drift apart), then it adds to a sense of hopelessness... like "They were the ONE and now I'll just be sad and alone forever!" After a 15-year relationship, my partner and I broke up and was feeling that way. Then I heard Tim Minchin's "If I Didn't Have You" and it actually made me feel so much better. Shifted my way of thinking.
Thanks for being such a ray of sunshine every Sunday... stay cool!
Yes an extended Vlog……this is so good. Kudos to your parents. They raised two amazing humans. ❤️
yes to Wednesday
yes to a walking tour of all the property
Yes to the walking and yes to Wednesday please boys...you make this grandmother (grom) very happy...x
I would watch whatever you post 7 days a week!! Just love your take on your relationship and life 💗
Me too!!
"I don't need you in an urn on the mantelpiece, I need you on the sofa beside me!!" Relationship goals 😂😂😂. Love you guys. It's been so satisfying watching everything coming together. Can't wait for the house to arrive. So excited. Love from me, miss molly, and Mr Moose in ireland xo
Yes please more questions!!! See you both Wednesday 💓
You two give me life. You also make me realise that a life outside of the rat race. Well done for finding your forever home.
Hearing you say you don't know if you both will be together years down the road but will be O.K. if you aren't is one of the healthiest statement's I've heard in a long time. Loved this Q&A Thanks.
Your take on “The One” is so refreshing to hear! My partner and I approach our relationship the same way and it often feels like we can’t speak about it candidly for fear of others judging our level of commitment to one another. It’s so healthy to know that you choose your person every day, but that you’re still an independent person within a relationship. Thanks for always being so real 🙌
My partner and I approach our relationship this way too! Loved hearing that perspective from an outside source. I wrote down the timestamps for that portion of the video to show him, haha.
All the way from Australia! My husband and I are in our 60's and we are both so impressed with everything you do. You have inspired us to make some raised garden beds and get our butts into gear with vegie growing. You are 2 super impressive men with such a beautiful personas. Keep up the good work!!! Love the channel!
The key to a successful relationship is to protect and cherish the friendship, and never take each other for granted
Todd: We’re gay and we walk fast!
🤣🤣🤣 I love you guys. I’m having a really tough day health wise, and you made me laugh out loud. Big love from Yorkshire, England. X
More Tyler and Todd? Hell yes!!!!!
Your explanation of “The One” discussion is spot on! It’s too much pressure on the other person, yourself and the relationship. Massive Blessings guys 👬🏽 pups 🐶🐶 and kitty 🐈⬛ xo 🌈❤️🤘🏽
Feeling safe under your roof and having Clean food and water security is huge. Blessed. Blessed. Blessed. 🙏🏼✊🏼💕
Yes! Please do another show like this but make it longer! That way we’ll get more of you both lol. I love you guys bunches❤️
Question: Do you know how many times I thought that cell phone was going to fall in the water?? LOL ;) Good for you for not dropping it during the "horse fly" moments!! LOL OK, seriously, yes, another video on Wednesday, but you have to include this question: Is the river you guys go to on your land or public land? PS: LOVE YOU GUYS!
Trying to get a location clue? Out of the question.
These videos are my favorite! I feel so connected to you both, even though we're strangers. I just love your honesty, ambition, work ethic, and the entirety of who you both are. I hope you two can feel the love your followers have for you both.
Yes, please to Wednesdays!
I thought you said, "yeah why would we bring little Helene into that??" And I was like YOU ALREADY NAMED HER! Replayed it and realized you said "hellion" 🤣
i thought the same thing 🤣😂
A Wednesday post like today would be awesome. Thanks for sharing and being vulnerable and open. Thank you
Seems like just yesterday we were all holding our collective breath watching you race up I-95 to get back home before the Canadian government closed the borders due to Covid. Can’t believe it’s been two years!
time really flies, doesn't it?
@@tylerandtodd Indeed it does, dears. X
I never get enough of The Tyler and Todd Show .😍 Wednesdays yes please . I know when the new house arrives you won't have time.
I admire the way you both honor each other as you live and work side by side. It obviously works well in your relationship building and future planning, but it also sets a beautiful example for other young couples who enjoy watching your adventure together. Your videos are the only thread I follow because it feels very genuine and honest. Thank you!
I watch a lot of UA-cam (I have pretty severe heart/lung issues and am stuck at home a lot), and you two are my favorite people! I appreciate how "real" you are and the humor you bring to your videos. I laughed out loud (all by myself) so many times during this Q and A. Thanks so much for the entertainment and giving us the chance to share your everyday joy.
So glad you men are taking a break in this evil heat and humidity. Health should always come first!! So inspired by all the hard work and creations you have made over the years. Stay strong, be well, keep cool!!
Would really like to see a walking tour of the "Estate". I think you both are doing a great job and should be extremely proud of what you have accomplished. Would really enjoy a Wednesday vlog. Sometimes I feel you are sort of rushed trying to fit everything into a once weekly vlog. I think your view of "The One" was spot on. My wife and I will be married 42 years this summer and believe me, we have been through some things that would have completely destroyed other marriages. Love as in life, is what you make it.
I hate having to wait till Sunday, I really miss you two. So yes for Wednesday.
It seems that you two live a relatively isolated life and yet the number of people, from all over the world, who love and follow you would fill three Olympic stadiums .... a tribute to your warm, natural style. Well done, guys. Wednesday ? Yes !!!
Yes to Wednesday, the time flew by watching this! And yes to a walking tour, that would be really interesting. Love you all and thank you for sharing 💗
Now listen you two. You two might be fine if you ever went your separate ways - but none of us would ever get over it!
Please start Wednesday videos. I look forward to Sundays and it’s just too long to go without you
Lol lol I can’t stop laughing at you guys jackhammering a boulder. The best hahahahaha.😄
Greetings my friends ❤️❤️ What a fun release! And yes, part 2 on Wednesday would be a thrill. Stay safe and healthy my friends ❤️🏳️🌈❤️🌈
Hi Tod :)
Loved this Q&A. I loved the question "is he the one". The answer was perfect. I think I'm the "one" and anyone coming into my life is bonus. I would never depend on someone to ensure my happiness - that's my job and not a partner or friend. Would love to see Wednesday episodes of any nature but definitely a continuation of Part 2 of the Q&A. Kudos guys.
Love grows, like a beautiful rose, when one cares for each other. 💞
Definitely do Wednesday 🤩
02:13 I can’t believe you broadcast that, but Todd seemed very pleased with the result! 🤣
What a question guys if we want a video continuation Wednesday dah! Even a live one of these nights sitting by the campfire with a glass of wine wouldn’t that be cool? Hint hint lol. We just love you two work maniacs! Nice to see you sitting in the river in this warm period taking a well deserved break . Have a great week buddies hope to see you Wednesday if possible. ❤️❤️
I love the live cocktail times lol
See you on Wednesday guys! Don't disappoint me 😂 I've learnt so much with the answering, maybe next time I send a question too.
My Tyler and Todd batteries have gotten fully recharged ☺️
Wednesday please, weekly is to long for my Todd and Tyler fix. Love you guys 😍
I'm probably the last person you guys would think would be watching your vlog. I came upon it when I was watching other DIY videos. You are so interesting and authentic, and your projects and the way you pursue them are inspiring. You're a class act, for sure. Thanks for sharing your lifestory with the world -- takes courage to do that. Also: I totally agree that "life is messy!" It is practically my by-line -- my friends and family know me by it. It has kept me sane when I feel I'm about to melt down.
You know it's Sunday, when Tyler and Todd are on our screens. Having my snacks and going to watch the vlog. Love you guys.🤗😉❤💙
Same here!! ❤️✌🏻
Same here, but I've got WINE 🍷🍷🍷 🤩✌️✌️
Yes they are wonderful ,I'm so glad there are happy people like them on this planet. I look forward to Sundays when they are on🐢
@@padelicious9093 🤗❤️
Wish I had heard ahead of time about the Q&A. One thing I've found myself wondering about is how people (isolated in wilderness-type areas for long periods of time) deal with garbage disposal. I realize that trash can be reduced by burning cardboard/paper, and by composting food waste, but an average person still will generate a fair amount of other types of trash (food containers, especially). If you don't have an actual garbage pick-up service, how do you store garbage until you can take it somewhere, and where would you take it? I'm slowly working towards getting a camper fixed-up to take on extended trips (almost a full-timer) and hope to be able to boondock for long(ish) periods, but not sure how to deal with the trash.
That is a very, very good question! We sort and recycle everything that we possibly can and the rest we bring to the dump every so often! :)
Excellent question! I’ve wondered about this too
Here we have to drive it to the dump and pay a little over a dollar a bag. On a septic system all the veggie waste goes in a compost pile.
I reckon the biggest trash would be from the wrappings of your building materials.
Cardboard and paper are the carbon in the compost heap 😉
Yes on Wednesday! And would you address your plans for on-site laundry?
We cackled when you mentioned turning on the faucet and hoping water comes out. The first 8 of our 37 years on our 25 acres had no electric and a hand pump 300 feet away. Sometimes our water doesn't come on, good to have learned how to fix it. We still exclaim about the wonders of hot water after showers. This was the first episode my husband watched with me. You guys rock. Canning videos please.
The two of you bring a smile to my face and always make me feel happy. I would love to see Wednesday videos.
I literally felt like this was a circle chat by the lake with both of you. Thanks for being honest with your answers and also for taking the time out to answer these questions. Once again another good "sunday reset" upload!.
Ok, those pics of little Tyler & Todd were too adorable for words!!! I Love y'all! ❤
You ARE Rich in so many different ways, even if one of them isn't financial.
You own your own land. You have your own water and power. You grow your own food. You live with someone you love. These are the basics of being self-sufficient which means not having to depend on anyone else for the basics of living. This is what makes you rich.
Your continuing projects to improve your life on the land will only make your life richer! Not only in having projects to keep you mentally and physically active, but also by providing yourselves with more than just the basics.
You're some of the richest people I've ever seen!!!
If I knew thirty years ago what I know now, I would have probably followed in your footsteps on the road to self-sufficiency.
Yes please...my favorite videos are when the two of you just talk. You're both an inspiration. Sending love and light.
It is aweinspiring to hang out with you as you share so transparently and sincerely about your personal selves. What a self evident example of how you each give the other inspiration, encouragement and humor. And as a result can see and reflect to the other self understanding of your emotional and personal growth over the years. This always seems like deep love in action. Its a privilege to have your trust in us to respect and support your candor. A heartfelt thank you.
your take on 'the one' was just perfectly said.
I really love your show. I actually love you two as a couple. You complete each other. I’m 77 years young. I never thought I would accept the type of relationship you two have. You have truly changed my life thoughts. I can hardly wait for your next blog. Just know I appreciate your love for one another and you have changed this OLD 77 year old woman. I love you both. 😊😊
So fun, two furry boys sitting in a creek explaining their lives...love you guys...stay cool and always like you are!! xo
Do we want more of y'all? WHEN WOULD WE NOT?!!! Better be seein' ya on Wednesday, guys! 🥰
this scene is lovely " I love you love me and its the most remarkable coincidence". this in reference to one being the one
WEDNESDAY WILL BE MY NEW FAVORITE DAY!!!
I’m glad you guys “kicked back” for this week’s video. I usually don’t enjoy other video producers’ question/answer videos, but with you two, it is a pure delight! Love to a continuation of this video for a Wednesday premier! 😍
Aw thanks Richard, we really appreciate that!
I always look forward to your episodes. ❤ I struggle a lot with depression, and seeing other people like yourself living like you do, which is exactly like I would like to live, really helps me feel better. Plus, you guys are really funny.
Can't tell you how happy it makes us that we can bring a little love and laughter to your day Michael. See you Wednesday? 💛
Wednesday video, please. I'm a 56 years South African granny, I get so inspired by your projects and your tenacity. I've learnt a lot. I didn't know an outhouse can look so beautiful. Can't wait to see the house🤩. I grew up bathing and swimming in the river and streams during summers, so, I like the idea of the outside shower so much. You radiate so much happiness and love. I pray you grow strong together ❤️
Another video on Wednesdays is a GREAT idea! 😃
Also, would love a tour of The Land!
Keep going guys, I have been following you since before you had RVs, and it's really incredible how much you and your channel have grown, I really feel like a proud Mom 🥺🤩🥳🥰
Two of my favorite things… authentic human connection between two people and the art of sitting and just being in nature. Loved the Q&A for a change of pace.
Yes lord. I want that extended version on Wednesday! Y'all look so cute in the chairs chilling in the water . that's what I do at the beach. I love y'all's videos I'm so excited. And this is just my opinion I think y'all were meant for each other. I enjoyed this video. See y'all on Wednesday
Haven't commented for ages, but LOVE you boys. Very inspiring to watch. We get where you're coming from and we've just finished our project 8 months ago, built on hard work and putting everything into creating a beautiful space to enjoy." How is it travelling with your dogs when you wanna get away? We now have 2 dogs and sometimes feel that we've cornered ourselves in a little when it comes to wanting to possibly get away for a few weeks. Do you find it challenging taking the dogs with you or are there plenty of places that will take dogs on as guests as well as yourselves?"........Keep on keeping on boyz!!
Was hoping y'all had a utube video channel.
I love when people ask "do u believe in the one?" Because my answer is I don't care, it IS what it IS!.
I love any time that you can afford to give us, so adding Wednesdays would be fantastic, as long as it doesn’t take away from what you need to do, and your quality time for each other.
Guys this was a wonderful video. I am glad to see you to actually relaxing and taking some time off and answering questions. I would like to see a tour of your land property site closer to when you get finished so we could Orient ourselves to where things are. The occasional aerial shots that you show help but it would be good just to have a tour. I like everyone else in your fan base really look forward to Sunday afternoons and your videos. You two are really working hard to get your dream done. Just continue to be alert to potential dangers and stay safe. Love from a very hot and steamy Southern Middle Tennessee.
Thanks Carole, we'll definitely do that!
Can’t wait for Wednesday. Of course we want to see you . Remember you will always be 'THE ONES' for me. ❤ Love, boys
Frog Henry Will' C. was all ears when Todd raved along about him! Loved the chicks joke😂
It’s so wonderful and grounding to hear you reflect on your progress, yourselves and each other. For myself I find as I get older I can more easily take a deep breath and tell myself “Okay, this is happening” and not just a hesitant ‘I can get through this’ but “what can I do to help myself get through this”. And that adversities can lead to real accomplishments. I was divorced and found a new form of myself. I’ve been displaced by wildfires and counted my blessings. I lost my job (as many did) during Covid and found a new path. We all have goals but life will always have it’s own spin on how we achieve them. Finding and recognizing our inner strengths leads to true happiness. You have worked so hard, and continue to do so, it’s enjoyable to watch you reap your well deserved rewards and to feel your pride in your accomplishments. I am so here for it, I hope to see you on Wednesday. 😉👍
Well said!!!! You wrote exactly everything I was thinking. Sending hugs and positive thoughts!
The worst thing of living off the grid: I was waiting for the answer "pooping" cuz that would have been my answer in your shoes! I luv watching the progress.. its inspirational on so many levels ... and its awesome to have the LGBT visibility ... thank you! keep it up!
The "one" question was answered so thoughtful and realistic. I truly agree with both answers.
I thought when someone asked, when did you know he was the one? That it meant when was the moment you knew you loved him. No one can predict the future and I understand your answer to the question. Love you guys!
😜 YES!! We see you Wednesday!! And Yes, we want a full tour of the property !! Q: without disclosing location, are you north, south, east or west of NS. The scenery is amazing. Thank you and Have fun!!
Regarding the chickens and ducks, I have had both and while they may not seem it, they are a lot of work, especially if you don't have a plan for their eggs. They require a great deal of maintenance to keep clean and need a constant source of water in order to digest their food, which will require heat in the winter. They also attract predators and rodents which eat both their food and eggs.
Well, I see that it didn't take that long for the heat wave we are having here (Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA) to reach you. Yes to taking it easy, especially during this heat wave! Heat strokes are no fun. So good to see you relaxing in the middle of the river, in the shade - where were Charlie & Eddie? Back in the air-conditioned sphere (dome)? Hello Lily! Is the river on your land or part of the vast forest you are living in?
And a big hell yes to a Wednesday vlog - parts 2, 3, 4... - as much as you want to share with us. I mentioned in an earlier reply to one of your vlogs, that I will watch your vlogs 2 -3 times a week until you post a new one on Sunday ( and have mild to severe panic attacks when you don't post on Sundays - but that's not your fault - sometimes life gets in the way.)
I would love to see you entertain us with a walking tour, complete with Todd's comments and Tyler's facial expressions. And I will be riveted to the TV when you build your 4 season-growing dome - I think my sister is completely sold on that idea!
Love to all five of you and to Mel, for all his hard work, trenching out the ditches (and maybe putting up with you guys...LOL!)
Take care! See you Wednesday and Sunday! XOXOXOXOXOXO!!!
Yes for the walking tour, yes to a Wednesday vlog drop
