Your a commited angler mate, and you deserve better results. I like that you never let blanks put you off and just get back out there. The fish will come the more often you are out. All the best mate 😊
Unlucky! Looks like a decent stretch. Do you ever try jigging your jigs? I notice you cast them out and reel them in but the rubber jigs like that should be left to sink and then lifted off the deck with the rod tip and left to sink again whilst taking up the slack with the reel. Perch almost always take a jig whilst its sinking through the water rather than when its being reeled in. This is the first of your vids ive watched so you might already know that but ill definitely be tuning in again so stick at it! Happy xmas!
Appreciate the video! Get a video out tomorrow? Weather is looking good for fishing. In my humble opinion, you're over working the dropshot. Leave it in the water longer. Static is ok, too. All the best mate.
@@ryandoherty6174 no worries, don’t think I’ll have one out tomorrow as I don’t have one filmed, but we’ll see. I’ll take your word and leave the dropshot in the water longer 👍🏻 Thanks
here in finland we jig for perch and zander up until the water start turning to icey slush then its ice fishing, major tip my man, go for natural looks , whites, bleak imitations, gudgeon imitation and mainly curly tails if you are after perch thats working, but enough said keep up the work my lad and enjoy your holidays
Blanking is just part of fishing on natural waters , its those days that fire you up to go out another day and try something diffrent . Keep enjoying your fishing.

Nice post, Merry Christmas!
@@og_pixel_ninja thanks, have a good one!
When drop shotting in winter have your lure close to the lead so your lure is close to the bottom and work it as slow as possible

I would be more selective with what you share. Lovely chap but the balance between a blank and a fish should be managed.
