- This rhubarb chutney with cranberries really makes the most of seasonal or forced rhubarb, it is fantastic accompaniment to any cheese board or baked Camembert and its delightful sharpness packs a real flavour explosion
Shopping List
750gm chopped rhubarb
225gm castor sugar
225ml white wine vinegar
100gm finely diced red onion
180gm diced tomato
35gm minced ginger
75gm dried cranberries
Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
1 vanilla pod
1 stick of cinnamon
