What a lovely healthy green garden you have! The chutney looks good.That same recipe could be used for other fruit and vegetable mixes couldnt it.Fabulous!

Oh yes!! We love chutneys, we do. . . All sorts of chutneys - it just happens to be rhubarb that we have in abundance this year!!!

Did this yesterday. Mine reduced down to 3.5 jars . The salt and spice are a bit overpowering. I will try experimenting with with some additional Rhubarb, sugar and vinegar and see if I can salvage it.
