I have a service matter case in labour court and as per labour law i.d. act advocates are not allowed in labour court. * have filled an objection but opposite party advocate is continuing. How to overcome ?

Nowadays getting justice is very much difficult as corruption has made its way in legal path.
Sir, People living in slums are not aware of their rights, I think you being one of the best advocate should make videos on SRA appeal, GRC, writ petition etc.
Sir, Even I request you to file PIL & Writ petition so that weaker section of society can just get the benefit of these PIL & writ petition just by referring it.
Sir, I just wanted to understand that if the is basic civil suit in place than how come this SRA policy deprived individual from the property that is getting inherited by the law of succession.
Which one is superior civil suit or this SR A policy
Please help us sir & every individual as This SRA policy was bought to make way for corruption.

Now what is merit(gun dosh)
Can our case strong or not

I am arguing my own case with ICICI Bank, in State Consumer redressal Commission.
..NAGPUR .and I am not a lawyer.. ..purely on merits as you rightly suggested....
But would like to know if Old cases usually referred by my opponents from Judgements of Supreme Court are relevant and if yes to what extent...
ICICI Bank does not argue on merits but tries to put across old cases to support their argument and since I am not a lawyer I don't get such old cases to support my stand...
To what extend does such previous judgment of Supreme Court matter in deciding the case...
Please do guide..and how can I too use the AIR to strengthen my case..

Sir meri case CAT kolkata me 24/10/2021 ko order reserve Kiya gya lekin aaj 6/11/2022 ho gya , lekin abhi tak order pass nhi ho rha hai , advocate ka kehna hai ki isme hum kuch nhi kr sakte judge ko jb MN karega tb order aayega , Sir kuch help kijiye Taki order pass ho , Kitna din tak wait karenge 1 year already over ho gya hai

Sir, good evening....required your valuable advice , can we move a RTI in court, where a criminal case was closed in Lok adalat for the same no information is know about bail bonds pertaining to the said case whether released by accused or not , is it mandatory ,whether presence of the person is required on whom bail bonds were taken for the purpose of release. required information ...thanks

sir, required information _what options may respondent adopts when a show cause notice served from High court for the quash petition filed by petitioner against lodged False criminal case by respondent .The said show cause served before admission of case. What routes will respondent prefer to harass petitioner more . If respondent not responds to court notice ,then what further steps the court may take against filed quash. You will have to take up that remedy which is available against the order against which review is sought. And what legal remedy is available against that order against which review is sought, will have to be identified after studying law books.

If the petitioner's lawyer is remaining totally absent on date after date, then you should press your request for dismissal of the case, to the High Court.
