Dear Sir ...., मेने ipc 420 , 467 , 468 , 471 के तहत fir दर्ज करवाई ओर FSL report के आधार पर विपक्षी लोगों पर आरोप सिद्ध हो गया है परन्तु विपक्षी लोगों ने 482 के तहत स्टे ले लिया है 2 साल से ज्यादा का समय हो गया है अभी तक स्टे नहीं हट पाया है जिस से अभी तक चार्ज शीट पेश नहीं हो पाई है कुछ सुझाव प्रदान करने की कृपा करें
Sir,kindly guide in my case I have given SSC CGL 2015 exam in the year 2015. my result is withheld for the reason that i have used two pen to write the exam with suspicion that it would be a chance that another person would fill my exam at later stage and forwarded my case to CBI inquiry. but another candidates who clear the exam has joined the respective departments in 2017 now my query is that if my case will clear with clean chit i.e proven innocent after later years i.e 2025 or after can govt give the past salary arrears also as my same batch mates join the department in 2017 year ?

Having the separate law office is not a must. Many lawyers who do not afford a separate law office, have their offices in one room at their homes only, at the beginning stage of their career. A separate devoted space or some corner in any room of the home can also suffice to begin with. Moreover these are the days of internet. It is possible to hold online meetings with the client with the help of a laptop and internet connection, even without calling the client at the office. If you don't have a laptop you can hold online meetings using your mobile phone smartphone. One has to be only creative and thoughtful. All the best you.
