This is slowly but surely becoming my favourite channel to watch on UA-cam. After a long tiring day when I watch these stunningly designed home videos, I genuinely experience catharsis. Loved the host in this video and such a cool house and a stark contrast to the London weather. Really don't like all the long corridors at the entrance and overall feeling of living in a low ceilinged concrete bunker below ground. They've masked it with lighting and lightwells but if I was spending that kind of money I'd not want to be living below ground but seeing outside and able to see and feel real gardens and greenery.
I like a home where I don't feel like I have to keep it extremely tidy all the time. This home is a showpiece but not homely. I can't imagine myself 'lounging' in it.
Beautiful home with lovely esthetics and first time actually like the led lighting and others very calming and neutral. I love those wood chairs with the cane backing. I like the courtyard space :) I actually don't mind it doesn't have a garden or traditional one you can still grow things outside in a more minimal way. Well worth the 4 million plus price tag hopefully there is parking would have been nice if it also had a pool area. Love the dress Jas thanks to you both for a lovely asmr like tour :)
As long as you can cope with the football fan chaos and parking restrictions and being overlooked by the estate behind.i would also ask about the pumping arrangement for an open basement that low.drains often back up in Fulham due to low water level.
Is this near Waterford Road? Lived nearby many years ago. Was always a bit tasty when chelsea played. Need to plan your day on match days coming and going.
Shut up and take my money! 😍 I love it! The only thing that I HATE is the view of London townhouses from the gorgeous Mediterranean courtyard. I know there’s no way around it but the courtyard feels so authentic it’s proper playing with my mind seeing London 😂
I really enjoy seeing all the different houses the architecture the different materials ect… but the outdoor spaces are odd meaning that they are not covered and the expensive furniture appears left to the elements and considering the flash showers in London I would definitely invest in a awnings … thank you for showing the homes

So this was a basement flat that they’ve turned into an underground house. Very impressive. I love the micro cement and washed walls, very elegant. I would feel a bit trapped in the downstairs bedrooms with just a light well window though
I don’t care how much quality, design, price and good location the house has. I would never ever live in a ground floor and even less in an underground level. Also, a toilet not surrounded by tiles is just gross. Said that, the lighting is sublime, as well as the materials and colours.
Yes. £4+mil always sounds like a ridiculous price for any property. However, knowing London, knowing the price of microcement, basement extensions, etc., I can justify it. Beautiful space.
I love your show, but if im honest this doesn’t justify the price. The artwork looks alittle cheap. The hallway looked like wabi sabi, like a spa meets museum. The dining table is too small for the space. It just doesn’t look like it was designed with intention. Lacking flow. I think it’s important to be honest when showcasing homes, it builds credibility, the host was saying it was amazing for the sake of it saying it, and it was just an odd house, all that space and just the tiniest sofa. Lacked warmth.
Yeah. I actually love the design choices and the bedrooms are fantastic, but this sure isn’t a 4 million quid living or dining room. Even in London. As for the artwork I am assuming these are just placeholders. You are supposed to replace them with something else
Agree to disagree. By far one of the most beautiful homes toured so far. The only thing I'd change would be the living (tv mounted on the wall and sofa facing the tv). Tastefully designed HOME (not souless office like most of nowadays builds).
A great house to sell, but the wall art is too bland, needs some Mediterranean colour to live in. And that dining room sofa needs to go too - no one can relax on that 🤣
